I've added this page to display the "White/Owens" family pictures.
With the help of a cousin, Dennis Dempsey, I have just obtained some of these photos. He has been a blessing for me and has made it possible to further my research on this branch of my family. I also want to thank Richard Hardin,an Owens cousin, who has graciously helped me with information, as well
as pictures of the Owens Family. I wish to extend my deep gratitude to you both, Dennis and Richard. Some pictures belonged to my Grandmother, Irene (White) Aderholt, and to my Mother, Mary (Aderholt) Walker.
Now I must add Paul White and Tom Tenney to my list of cousins who have been so nice to furnish information on the family and send pictures of Henry Harrison
White and his wife, Loucinda V. Mayes. I am happy to present these photos to
you here, with Paul's permission. Thank you, Paul, so much!
If and when I obtain more photos of these families, I will post them with the information that has been collected for each one.
My great-grandfather was William Joshua White, his father was, Henry Harrison White, and Henry's father was Joshua White. That's as far as I've been able to get to date. However, I am still researching diligently.
My great-grandmother was Mary Elizabeth Owens, her father was William Thomas Owens, who's father was James W. Owens. I have no pictures beyond William Thomas. Any one who may be connected with this line and have pictures you'd like posted, send them to me via email and I will gladly display them.
