This service includes birth plan preparation, comfort techniques & preparation for labour & birth. This package also includes 24-hour telephone service, where you can call at any time if you have any problems or questions.

Labour Doula

This package includes all the services provided in the Labour Preparation package, as well as labour support both at home and in the hospital. With this package, you will get a minimum of 2 prenatal visits, I am on-call for you when you go into labour. I will also provide you with 1 post partum visit in the hospital to assist with feeding, newborn care and new mother care. Birth Story is also included.

Post Partum Doula

This is a package for new moms! Once you are home, I am here to make your job as stress free as possible. I will help with newborn care (feeding, changing, cord care, bathing), new mother care, light housekeeping & errands, sibling care & even cooking light meals.

The Whole Package

This is for the woman who wants everything! In this package you get both the Labour and Post Partum doula packages. I will be there to support you from the initial consultation until 2 weeks after you bring you new arrival home.
