General Pairings
(The obvious ones mentioned in the series)
Sakura Kinomoto + Syaoran Li
The most obvious pairing throughout the whole series. I've got to admit that this is the most favored pairing by all the fans around, including myself which I'm a huge S+S fan!!
It took me a while, but I've finally tracked down the first time Syaoran blushed for Sakura! The very first blush (hehe) happened during episode 27 (Sakura and the Shrine of Memories) at the very end when Sakura finished capturing the return card. When Sakura went to thank Syaoran for his help, she didn't realize that she was all worn out, and she collapsed on him!! (EEEKKK!! The first huggy!!!) Syaoran was sooo adorable!! His face was as red as a beet!!
After the first blush/hug, evidence finally starts to show throughout the rest of the series. Examples include the time during episode 35 (Sakura's Wonderful Christmas) when Syaoran secretly glanced at Sakura (and blushed too!!). Another example include episode 36 (Sakura and a Snowy New Year) where at the end of the episode, Sakura cries because she lost her watch. . .THEN Syaoran comes in and tries comforting her. . .(^_^)
This pairing is (obviously) and official pairing in the series, since it's heavily proven throughout the whole anime. (Duh?? What is the main reason we watch CCS for??) But, of course, I have to give the evidence. . .which we all know there are tonnes of it! Ok, I'll give you the most obvious ones. . .Syaoran wanted to tell Sakura how much he loves her throughout the entire third season. Plus, Syaoran breathes fire everytime Eriol talks to Sakura (KAWAII DESU!!). Episode 57 (Sakura, Syaoran, and the elevator), my favorite episode, Syaoran embraces Sakura (literally!!) after she floats up to the floor again in the elevator. (AAIIEEE!! MY FAVORITE MOMENT!!!)
Well, you guys got the point, I don't think you'll need further evidence.
Sakura Kinomoto + Yukito Tsukishiro
Sakura first love. Also a very obvious couple, since there is a whole episode dedicated on their first date. . .but as the series says, Sakura started liking Yukito since she first knew him. Yukito was very nice and gentle to Sakura, which made Sakura love him so much in the beginning of the series. It's not until season three that Sakura is objected by Yukito's love because Yukito saw Sakura as a sister, and no more. Sakura, who is heart broken, still respects Yukito as a very close friend. But, there are still fans out there that adore the Sakura+Yukito pairing.
Syaoran Li + Meiling Li
They are both from Hong Kong, and also they are cousins who train together. All the way since they were little children, Meiling made a vow that she will marry Syaoran when they grow up unless Syaoran finds his true love. Syaoran said nothing about it, so this engagement lasted for a while. But when Syaoran starts to like Sakura, he eventually broke the engagement with Meiling, which leaves her heart broken. But, Meiling accepted the fact that Sakura was perfect for Syaoran, no doubt about that.
Touya Kinomoto + Nakuru
Basically when Nakuru first came to the series, she already liked Touya. They are in the same classes in the same school, and Nakuru follows Touya around EVERYWHERE. But, unfortunately, I don't think Nakuru likes Touya for real, since her mission from Eriol was to distract Touya from telling Yukito about his other life form as Yue. So, that means this is another pairing that will not last since Touya has his eyes on Yukito. . .BUT. . .who knows, anything can happen in animedom!
Takashi Yamazaki + Chiharu Mihara
Another natural and obvious pairing in the series. Chiharu and Yamazaki are cousins, but they are also lovers since in Japan, cousins can marry. Chiharu and Yamazaki makes a really cute couple, since Chiharu is the only one who can shut Yamazaki up from telling more of his funny lies!! Obvious evidence of them being a couple would include the time where Chiharu gave Yamazaki a teddy bear as a symbol of long love. . .but anyways, you guys know this is a cute couple.
