| Throughout the course of the Gundam Wing series and movie, Heero has piloted 2 gundams: Wing Gundam; Wing Zero; and Custom WIng Zero. (Alright I lied, so there's 3, but if you think about it, it could count as 2...) Not including Epyon, cause well, I don't know much about it. :) Blame it on my ignorance~! Info on this page concerning armament and abilites is all official -I got it off the Ground Zero manga. ^.^ |

| Created by Doctor J to carry out Operation Meteor, this was the first gundam which Heero piloted. It possesses the ability to transform into bird mode; by this means, it can fly in the earth's atmosphere, as well as survive atmospheric re-entry. It is said to be the most well balanced of the five gundams originally created, excelling in both firepower and combat ability. This suit has gone through a lot of wear and tear, to say the least. First sinking to the bottom of the ocean upon its arrival on earth, then being blown to pieces through its own self-destruct system. Later, it was rebuilt by Zechs for his battle with Heero in Antarctica (however Heero ended up choosing to use Trowa's Heavyarms). Sometime after, it was abandoned on earth as Heero switched to using the more powerful Wing Zero. Ultimately, this gundam got trashed during the final battle when Lady Une (or Colonel?) used it to shield Treize from Libra's beam cannon. |
| The plans for this suit (designed by the five scientists) were the basis for all the other gundams. However, it was deemed too dangerous to actually bring into existence. However, Quatre later builds this suit, unaware of the dangers of its Zero System. (*This system expands the mental capacity of its pilot and guides him to take actions for maximun tactical efficiency. Unfortunately, most pilots cannot handle the strain of this system, and resort to excessive destruction.) It is ultimately piloted by Heero Yuy (obviously ^.^). This suit had a somewhat kinder fate than its predecessor. First piloted by Quatre who, unaware and unprepared for the Zero System, blew up a colony. From there on it was passed around the various gundam pilots, finally ending up in Heero's possession. And though it was somewhat trashed from the final battle with Zechs/entry into the earth's atmosphere, it was still in one piece for Endless Waltz. |
| CUSTOM WING ZERO The stats for this suit are pretty much the same as for Wing Zero (after all, they ARE the same suit), so I'm not gonna bother writing them out again. This suit was customized by Heero sometime after the war and before Ground Zero took place. About the only visible differnce is the presence of the "wings". It was used all throughout the Endless Waltz movie, until the ending when you got to see it crash and burn (literally) from the damage caused by re-entry, and overuse of its beam cannon. Oh, and for those of you who are wondering why Heero bothered to customize it if he was gonna send it into the sun, here's the exert from Ground Zero which explains it. (*I'd like to note that the Ground Zero manga was intended to be more funny than anything. ^.^) Quatre: Then why the refit? Heero: Oh, no reason. Duo/Trowa/Quatre: WHA~!? Heero: No reason. You see, I just had this great idea for an upgrade of the Wing, and I wanted to see it through. Duo/Trowa/Quatre: YOU'RE KIDDING (In big letters over their heads.) Duo: We're not talking about a sports car that you customize just because you like the style! Trowa: Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Quatre: Umm Trowa was that supposed to be funny? Hehehe... yah... That manga's pretty good for a laugh... And yes, this IS official!! |
