Questions?-1 - MBH's General Questions

About Yudhishthir's Angry Eyes
Several times it has been mentioned by several people in Mahaabhaarat, that Yudhishthir can burn the whole world with his one angry look.

Anybody knows where this information came from?

Soorya Vansh in Kali Yug
According to Bhaagvat Puraan, Brihadwal, a Soorya Vanshee king, was killed by Abhimanyu. And Pareekshit was the first Chandra Vanshee king of Kali Yug. Then Shuk Dev Jee gives the names future (of Kali Yug) kings of Soorya Vansh - some 31 kings' names are listed there.

Has anyone heard these names in Kali Yug?

Draupadee insulted both Dhritraashtra and Duryodhan
How could Draupadee make a mockery of her elder uncle-in-law? From any Hindu values, she had no right to comment on Duryodhan that "A blind man's son is always blind." Because it was not only Duryodhan's insult, it was the insult of Dhritraashtra too. And if Duryodhan felt insulted on this comment, what was wrong in it?

And, in fact, this was the main reason that he decided to invite Paandav for dice game and to let them down and bear the result for the insult done by Draupadee

Who killed Mahishaasur?
Who killed Mahishaasur? Kaalee or Kaartik (Shiv's son)?
MBH, Drone, 165 says - "Ghatotkach said to Ashwatthaamaa (as he proceeded towards Saatyaki) - "Wait I will kill you as Kaartik killed Mahish Raakshas."

Who killed Mahishaasur?

Mention of Foreign Countries in Hindu Scriptures
It is not a doubt in fact, it is just a mention for knowledge and information for others.

Normally our Hindu scriptures whenever mention about the world, it seems that it was all Bhaarat Varsh, nothing else. There was nothing else at all. So I was wondering where were all the other countries which we find on our Earth today, in those times?

Tulasee's Maanas and Vaalmeeki's Raamaayan do not mention any country other than Bhaarat Varsh, except Lankaa which also doesn't seem to be actual foreign country, because its guards (Khar, Dooshan and Shoorpankhaa) were living in southern India, because there was no land in Lankaa for them to live so they were protecting their place from here.

Mahaabhaarat mentions about Gaandhaar, but Gaandhaar (Kandhaar of today) was also a part of Bhaarat Varsh in olden days. It is the first time I am reading a foreign country's name in our scriptures - Mahaabhaarat. Its mention shows that there existed this country (China) at the time of Mahaabhaarat and it was supposed to be famous for deer skins. It is really strange.

OR was it a part of Bhaarat Varsh, from where Dhritraashtra could get those deer skins?

Mention of Other States
It is also not a doubt, but just an observation and a mention only.  Karn Parv, 12 mentions some other uncommon states also, other than north Indian states. They are - Keral, Andhra, Kaanchee.

Who Was Karn's Brother?
Karn's brother has been mentioned twice in Mahaabhaarat.

We have never heard of any brother of Karn. Then who was his brother? His name also has not been mentioned, except "Karn's brother".
