Bheem (4)
1. Bheem's Childhood, and Young Bheem Before Exile Bheem and Dhritraashtra When the war was over, the Paandav came to Hastinaapur to greet their great father and mother Dhritraashtra and Gaandhaaree. Krishn knew that Dhritraashtra was especially angry with Bheem because he was the one who killed his dearest son Duryodhan. So He said to Paandav to make a life-like brass statue of Bheem. Yudhishthir asked "Why", at this Krishn said - "You don't know, Dhritraashtra is very angry with Bheem. I am sure, he would like to embrace Bheem, and he is still very powerful, he might crush him. So we will present this statue first if he will try to embrace Bheem. This will save Bheem's life." The same thing happened as Krishn thought. When Paandav arrived in the palace to greet Dhritraashtra, first Krishn asked others to greet him. When Dhritraashtra had already met others, he asked with restlessness, "Where is Bheem?" Bheem touched his feet and just stood in front of him. But he said - "I want to embrace you, Bheem." Immediately Krishn put that statue forward, and when Dhritraashtra embraced it, it was indeed cracked inside his arms. Dhritraashtra said to Bheem - "Bheem, Your body has become extra hard this time." All Paandav were just stunned to see this. After embracing the statue Dhritraashtra got very sad and started weeping that he had killed Bheem, then Krishn consoled him and presented real Bheem to him. He got relieved feeling him alive.
