Here is a basic floorplan of the house. It's 3137 sq. ft. on one floor. The finish floor is roughly 2-3 feet above grade (depending on the slope) on a raised foundation. The family room floor is stepped down from the rest of the floor by 6". A Clerestory with vaulted ceiling and plenty of windows sits above the family room.
