Exterior Materials

Although the computer renderings were nice for general visualization, they couldn't reflect the actual colors and materials used.

Roof:

The roof will be a concrete tile with a slate like finish.

This is a Brookside Rosewood Blend from Monier.

Stucco:

Most of the exterior walls will be stucco in 3 colors:

Trim, Overhang	Upper Wall	Lower Wall
Omega 92 Pebble Base	Omega 46 Sandlewood Base	Omega 62 Pecan Base

The actual finish will be smoother than what is shown in these samples.

Stone:

Finally, lower portions of the exterior walls and columns will be wrapped in a cast concrete product.
