  I saw the first ligth of the world on November 4, 1954 in Balugan, a tiny village in Sagada, Mountain Province, Philippines. . a place gifted with Nature's beauty and the site where most of the scenes of a noted acclaimed Tagalog Movie "Kung Mangarap kat Magising" was taken.
I am the second among the five children of the late Michael Delim and Magdalena Tibangwa. I was married to ESTHER AY-EN a nurse currently working in Al Jimi Hospital, Al Ain, U.A.E. We are blessed with two children-Paulo and Darryl Candido.
I finished my college education at Adamson University, Manila with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering, Class l978-79. Luckily practiced my profession immidiately at Batong Buhay Gold Mines Inc., Kalinga, Philippines as Mining Engineer for seven years (1980-86). Unfortunately, a worlwide declined of the Mining Industry occured in the middle of the late 1980's prompting most of the Mining Firms to shut down their operations. It was at this moment that I decided to seek for a greener pasture abroad. Presently, I am now connected with Al Ain Municipality, Al Ain, U.A.E working as Operation Technician in the Sanitary Drainage and Maintenance Section.
Being born under the Zodiac sign of "SCORPIO" the best qualities in me are my diligence, honesty, communicator, hardworking and perseverance and always open to anyone.
