Mark Merueñas is a graduate of journalism from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. He enjoys anything that has to do with computers and the Internet. He likes listening to music and watching television programs. Donald Duck is his favorite Disney character. He has been maintaining several blogs for quite some time now. This, however, is his first personal website.

I finally graduated on April 22, 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and with a distinction of cum laude. Congratulations to my fellow batchmates. UP Batch 2007 rock on!
As UP journalism students, we were trained
to "develop that nose for news even as they are trained to be socially
responsible and critical journalists aware of the power as well as the
responsibities of the press, and of the need to defend press freedom
and live up to the highest ethical norms."
During my last semester at UP, I enrolled in these subjects (equivalent to 15 units) in order to (finally!) graduate.
