The two pictures, and also a lot of information on the family segment is from a tribute to Carol's, albeit divorced significant other- Larry Blyden.
Carol Haney was married twice, once to singer Eugene Dorian Johnson in 1945 and were divorced in 1953. Carol then married actor Larry Blyden on April 17, 1954 at the Little Church of The West in Las Vegas, USA. The couple did not have a honeymoon as Carol went back East to "The Pajama Game" and Larry went West to his stage project "0h Men! Oh Women!" in San Fransisco.
Carol and Larry had two children: Josh, born in 1957, and Ellen, born in 1960.
The two divorced in 1961, and as far as I understand the children stayed with Carol. After Carol's untimely death in 1964, Larry Blyden took the children under his wing and was said to be a devoted father in bringing up the very young children. Larry himself died under tragic conditions, by injuries sustained from a car accident on foreign shores in 1975.
