Kakuli Lake

A good Lake near Ambarnath railway station. This lake with a bungalow on its shores and mountains in the background, an outing to TAVLI Caves is also a possibility.

Getting Here :-

Route - 1

	Reach AMBARNATH railway station by train.
	Walk two kilometers to the south to reach old temple (Which is famous for its carvings and an underground Ling of Lord Shiva.
	A little before reaching the temple, follow a cart track along the telephone lines on the south (left) to reach the dam after five kilometers

Route - 2

	By road reach within two kilometers of the Dam.
	Here it joins the track from Ambarnath the lake is two kilometers to the south.
