Reach AMBARNATH railway station by train.

Walk two kilometers to the south to reach old temple (Which is famous for its carvings and an underground Ling of Lord Shiva. 

A little before reaching the temple, follow a cart track along the telephone lines on the south (left) to reach KAKULI DAM after five kilometers.

From KAKULI proceed towards the pinnacles almost along the shores of the KAKULI LAKE..

Climb this ridge to the top. A short descent and the base of the TAVLI PINNACLES is reached.

After a traverse of about one kilometer on the BADLAPUR side of  the pinnacles the cave is reached.
