As far as I can tell, it seems to me that Japanese youth study a significant amount of English in school. Unfortunately, however, EVERYTHING can get lost in a translation. And it does, all over Japan. In fact, the mis-use of English is so common in Japan that entire web pages have been dedicated to the documentation of the stuff. Check out Engrish.com for more details. I'll just let the pictures do the talking here. I have no further explanations.
