A "CNA" is a new type of network-based information processing system, loaded with checks and balances. For example, any person may create or join the CNA (topic or group) of their choice, have their identity verified and accepted, and then participate in authoring new material and/or three branches of information processing tasks. The purpose of this design is to provide quality information, by way of a superior information production strategy.
