I recently received news that Roger passed away (July 2004). I spoke to his wife, Lucy, and was told that Roger suffered from cardiac arrhythmia. He went to sleep one night and just did not awaken. Lucy said that his passing was very peaceful. She also wanted to make certain that I inform people that Roger's passing was not due to his Aplastic Anemia. He had fully recovered from Aplastic Anemia and had normal blood counts for over five years. There was no forewarning that his heart condition would result in his unexpected death. I was very upset to hear this news. In honor of him I am leaving his flyer online rather than deleting it.
