Hier das Cockpit. Sitze, Amaturenpilz, Controls etc. sind aus dem SSM-Bausatz. Ich habe die ganze Stadt nach einem Stoff abgesucht, der der Struktur des Schlingenteppichs der echten Lama ähnelt. Ich bin fündig geworden! Schaut Euch den Vergleich an. Der Griff der Kollektiv-blattverstellung und der Sockel des Knüppels sind aus Schrumpfschlauch. Obwohl der Bausatz schon aus grauem Plastik besteht, habe ich alle Teile fein geschliffen und mit Humbrol Enamel Grau Seidenmatt gespritzt. Das sieht einfach besser aus, als die Plastik-Oberfläche. Here are some pictures of the cockpit. It is mainly the SSM-kit with some modifications. I have searched the entire town for a fabric, that would look like a scale version of the blue carpet in HB-XII of Air Zermatt. I was successful! Look at the comparison. The handle of the collectiv pitch and the foot of the cyclic are made from shrink-tube. Although the kit is made from grey plastic, I have sanded all parts and spray-painted them with silk grey (enamel). It just looks better than the plastic surface.
