Carl Fedewa - Best Man
I have known Carl for many years. We have been in all sorts of trouble together. Boy, the stories I could tell. There was no other choice in my mind for a best man. I am not sure yet if I can give him the rings, he might forget them just like I would. By the way, Carl runs his own power-washing business. If any of you need anything washed or painted, he is your man. He also wants me to let you all know that he is single and very available.
Jonathan Donehoo - Groomsman
Jill's brother. Over the past couple of years I have gotten to know Jon pretty well. I can always count on him to 'pick me up' when I am feeling down. There is no one else I can call to out-fish every time. His picture is the one on the left at the bottom of the page.
Jeff Donehoo - Groomsman
Again, Jill's brother. I also have gotten to know Jeff pretty well. Whenever I have a lack of words I can count on him to help me "rip" on his sister or brother. His is the picture on the right below.
Tim Bekkering - Groomsman
I have had many an interesting moment with Tim. We met my sophomore year at Hope and have been great friends since. That is pretty amazing when you take into consideration that we actually lived together. If any of you went to college and have had roommates, you know what I am talking about. No matter how close the friends, after a while dorm life gets to you. Tim is currently planning his own wedding. I wish him all the luck in the world . . . he'll need it.
Ryan Smith- Groomsman
I met Ryan at Hope my Junior year. He was a great roommate and remains a good friend, even though we have not had much time to see each other lately.
Adam Landes - Junior Groomsman
Adam is my brother. Subsuquently I have known him all my life. Even though he is becoming the type of person I would have liked to beat-up in high school, he still is my brother. I wish him the best in life. I am glad that in his busy schedule he will have time to celebrate my special day with me.
Martin Landes Sr. - Father
Not actually part of the wedding party, but it was a toss-up between him and Carl for the best man position. What can I say about my dad? He is the best father a guy could ask for. There was a time I did not realize that, but we were all teenagers once, weren't we? He has always been there to support me in whatever I do. This day would not be the same without him there.
