My Heavenly Father and His Son say to me through the scriptures.
I love you so much I died for you that you may live.
I love you so much I let my Son be your sin sacrifice that would live.
Trust me enough to:
Feed you, cloth you and give you shelter. I love you more than the birds of the forest, flowers of the field.
Trust my advice. My Word is recorded so you can go to it at any time find my principles in any given matter.
Trust me to know this way is best. For I bring all things together for your good, if you love me and am called according to my purpose.
Trust me to protect you. Should I not protect you after a life was given for you?
Trust me for you healing. My son took your stripes for your sins that you may be forgiven and healed.
Trust me with your life now, and in the future. Isn't my name El Shaddi. Provider?
I would not let my Son die in your behalf, and not shelter, protect, and cloth you. To do otherwise would to have let Him die in vain.
Don't be afraid:
If you love me perfectly you will have no reason to fear, or doubt. Be completely committed to me with all your heart and being. I created you, I gave you breath. You were twice born with me. Once in the physical after your human parents, now after me by my seed. You are now made in my image. A new creation. A new way of life. Walk with me and I will show you the way.
Trust means absolute assurance in what you believe in. No room for doubt.
To put ones trust in something that it will bear them up, and their life would safe in depending on it, means that we have to have solid evidence before hand that it is trustworthy.
From Genesis we have solid proof of the existence of a creator. We see how He dealt with mankind, what was acceptable and what was not. We see His absolute power, and His compassion. He leaves no room for doubt that He does exist.
In our daily walk even though we do not see all that is involved in our being His child. We do not see the angels encamped around us like a hedge. We do not see the Holy Spirit interceding for us as we read in Romans 8 and other places.
We do not see the Son seated on the right hand of the Father standing up in our behalf to always make us presentable before Him. Yet it is all there. We find out about it in the scriptures.
This should be our solid evidence to place our life in their hands, and to trust them, and expect answers when we pray to them. Live our lives pure in love before them, and we are told what ever we ask according to their will it is done!
We have conditions. Believe He hears. Believe in the name of His Son. Believe He will do it for us. If we meet these conditions we already have our petitions. It is the belief He will do it for us part that we fail in most times. If He would not do it for us then why did He tell us He would if we met the other conditions?
Trust, such a small word, yet so weighty.
