Board meetings are held at 7:00 pm on the dates shown below (Currently, the schedule for 2008 is being evaluated).

During the school year, meetings are held at Gunston Elementary School. Summer meetings are held at other locations as specified.

Homeowners are welcome to attend meetings and time is set aside for homeowner issues at the beginning of each meeting. If you have an issue to discuss, advance notice (at least 24 hours before the meeting) is appreciated so that the agenda may be adjusted for time; otherwise, some issues may need to be tabled until the next meeting.

Please contact Masons Passage HOA Webmaster for meeting location confirmation, to add a homeowner issue to the agenda or for any further information. Meeting agendas are available on request the day before the meeting. To request an agenda, please email at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
