March 18, 2002, 6:32PM EST: Well, I've added the lyrics to "Spin". Go check those out! I'm also going to add a transcript to the first part of Darren's interview on Open House Party as well as a short biography on him. If this thing doesn't get all messed up I'll also add a page about appearances. In case it does, for those in the US, Darren will be on "The View" (on ABC) Thursday, March 28th. Check your TV books for the time it's on! Hope you can catch it. Also, check out www.darrenhayes.com. They've just redone the site and it's *awesome*! Make sure you buy Spin tomorrow, and request Insatiable on your local radio station! January 24,2002, 11:48PM EST: Finally some updates! Added some new lyrics, about to go add a couple more. Finally heard Insatiable on my local station Tuesday night. Hope y'all have been hearing it too! January 7,2002, 3:22PM EST: Whoo hoo! "Insatiable" is released for radio play tomorrow, though there are several stations in the country playing it already. Request away! I now have a link up to my Fan Fic page. January 3, 2002, 4:11PM EST: HAPPY NEW YEAR! Found out a couple days ago Darren with be a presenter at the AMA's, which start at 8:00 PM on ABC in America. Sorry about other countries, if I hear of a way for you to hear it I'll let ya know! I'd also like to tell Michelle that I see the wonderful problems you were having with my guestbook. I went in to reconfigure it and it won't let me change how long a post can be! I'll see if I can do some investigating on that. And as for my lyrics, sadly, yes, I know they're wrong, I've been to lazy to change them. But these are the corrections I want, thankies :) I'm not entirely sure what all I'm going to be updating. In fact, I might be updating the other half of my site as well! Also, per the request of Michelle, I'd like to "advertise" the acceptance of Fan Fics for posting on the site! I will read them before posting, slash is absolutely not permitted, don't think it'll get by me. I hold the rights to turn anything down I want, though I promise to give you a reason. December 27, 2001, 2:38AM EST: Geesh, I've been working at uploading a ton of pictures, as has been asked of me in my guestbook! Well, I've got one page up. YEA! Also, though I'd mention, Darren will be appearing live at the American Music Awards January 9. The show is broadcast on ABC, though I'm not sure of the time. "Insatiable" I mean :-D Sorry, I'd put it on the net if I could but that would be illegal. I do, however, have somewhat of an idea as to when the single will be released. For Australia Mid-December, UK early January, USA Mid-January. I feel left out again... *SIGH*!!! Oh well. I'm going to put the lyrics up on here for you, which I guess is better then nothing. Probably add a page of interview transcripts as well! Who knows what else I'll add right now! November 4, 2001, 11:41PM EST: ::Does a little jig:: ALL RIGHT!!!!! MARCH 18, 2002! Write it down on every callendar! Uh hum, that's the day "Spin" comes out. I'd just like to rant for one moment. I don't have many bones to pick with Darren, in fact this might be the first, but *excuse me*? Why does Japan and Australia get another track?! You used *our* {USA's} equipment, you lived in *our* housing, you breathed *our* air, you used *our* money, and so forth and then other countries get more?! GEESH... Okay, I just needed to get that out. If someone really could kindly explain to me why Japan in one of the countries with 13 tracks, instead of 12, I'd be much appreciative. Really. I mean, I understand Oz, that's where he's from, but Japan confuses me. Sigh, I posted the note he wrote on the Toughts From Daz page, check it out, it's nice and long! Also, make sure you check out the other half of my site, I finally started it! Also, I've decided not to archive anymore messages from Darren for now. It's just going to be too confusing, but I will add any new ones he releases! October 28, 2001, 11:36PM EST: Geesh, it's already started. 20 days since I've been in here? Goodness gracious me. No more! I'll try to add more more often. The single to What's Going On goes on sale the 30th! If you're out and about please make sure your purchase it. The latest news on Darren's album is the name of his first single! YEAAAAAAA! "Insatiable". Still no word on exactly when it's due out. October 7, 2001, 11:52PM EST: Well, I've gotten up a link to a couple pages with some of Darren's letters to his fans. This past Friday, October 5, it was sadly announced that Savage Garden has officially disbanded. You can read Darren's comments on this by clicking on the link in the link box on the left. In other news, Darren has unofficially announced that his new solo album will be entitled "Spin" with the hopes of the first single coming out in December.
