Six 150 watt solar photovoltaic panels in Bellingham, MA.
Output from this non-optimal, shaded and east facing set is about 5kwhr/day in the summer, 3kwhr/day in the spring and fall
and about 1kwhr/day winter, about 0.2 to 1 kwhr on cloudy days.
They were placed to blend in with the house since other locations on the property are even more shaded.
A proper unobstructed, south facing array generates double this amount.
The rack is made from recycled bed frames.
See NESEA.org for more information about solar home design.
These panels will supply a utility tied net metered system on my new house in Epping, NH.
