Solve the following problems on paper and check your answers using the above application:

Find the 10th term of the A.P. 2, 5, 8, 11, ...
Find the sum of the first 10th term of the A.P. 2, 5, 8, 11, ...
Find the number of terms in the A.P. 1, 4, 7, 10, ..., 1000
Find the sum of the A.P. 1, 4, 7, 10, ..., 1000
The 1st & 10th term of an A.P. are 2 & 29 respectively. Find the common difference.
The 10th term of an A.P. is 2 & the common difference is -3. Find the 1st term.
The sum of the first 10th terms of an A.P. is 155 & the common difference is -3. Find the 1st term.

In the sequence 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, ... 19.9, 20.0, each number after the first is 0.1 greater than the preceding number. Find
(a) how many numbers there are in the sequence,
(b) the sum of all the numbers in the sequence.

Find the sum of a series with 1st term 5 & last term 20, in which each term, after the first, exceeds the previous term by 1/2.

Mr Lim saves $20 on day 1, $24 on day 2, and on each successive day increase the amount saved by $4.
Find the least value of n for which the total savings from day 1 to n, inclusive, exceeds $2000.
