  • Strengths: She is very focused and knows what she wants to do with her life. She is a successful businesswoman. She sees the advantages in both the Darkover and Terran cultures and tries to be open minded about change.
  • Weaknesses: She is impatient and often wants things done now. She has little tolerance for procrastination. Sorcha likes the finer things in life.
• Appearance: Average height, build and looks. Her hair is finally starting to grow out. She was not happy when her waist-length hair had to be cut when she took the oath. She is very feminine and prefer to wear skirts, not pants. She is NOT your typical renunciate.
• Pets: A horse but she does not consider her a pet. Shuttle is a working animal. She also has a flock of sheep, primarily for wool production.
• Friends: Her oathmother K'Tara, Fianna, Darerca among others.
• Romantic relationships: None at the momen, although if the right man comes around she might be interested.
• Hobbies: Spinning and dyeing, collecting and processing her own dye plants. She enjoys spending lots of time outdoors with her sheep or gathering dye plants.
• Other Information: Her family has been part of the spinners guild for as long as anyone can remember. She was married at 15 and has two children of her own with whom she gets along with well. Her husband died last year, and his son from his first marriage inherited their very successful wool shop. Sorcha and her step-son do not get along. Angered at her husband's giving him the shop (which he is not competent to manage), Sorcha turned her back on the shop and step-son and joined the Renunciate guild to be on her own and to establish her own business.
  
  Sorcha is currently involved with her Oathmother K'Tara setting up a guildhouse in Storn village as well as engaging in a business venture involving the importing and exporting of textiles and other needle- related work with Lady Fianna Storn, K'Tara and Darerca.
