| East End As can also be seen the wide open spaces around the football pitch is ideal for expansion purposes and to allow stands to be build in the future. This area is very open and excellent for the football ground, training facilities and travel access. |
| North End As can be seen the football pitch is in excellent playing condition and is by far the favourite choice in Wilconers eyes as the place to hold all home matches. The area is out of the way of large build up areas and yet within minutes of travelling from local homes of players. |
