| - 1995 - Wilcon Wanderers Football Club must wear blue as their tradition home colour. |
| - 1996 - Only Wilconners (who live at Wilcon) can go on to manage or captain the Football Club. |

| - 1998 - No Gaties (people who live at Priors Gate) can ever play for the Football Club. |
| - 1999 - The Wilcon Whistle must be handed down to all Wilcon managers and the Club Captains band also passed on successively. |
| - 2000 - New rules must be officially passed by former Wilcon Wanderers Football Club managers. |
| - 2001 - The Wilcon manager can not allocate the annual awards for himself eg. Player of the Year, etc. |
