As to the rattle snake I ate in Arizona, I have to tell you my frriends that I did it only by chance.
I ordered a Wrangler Steak but the waitress brought a rattlesnake to our table instead. The mixup came either from my imperfect English pronunciation or
waitress deafness, I'll never know.In any case when we saw in our dish the fried snake and not the steak, we decided to make the best of a bad situation and to try and taste it.I ate it all!
Rossana and my friends didn't reach the end. You can't imagine how fat is a rattlesnake, your mouth after eating it needs a degreaser. Not to be recommended, for sure!
