Sorry... I've been busy. Real Life stuff has taken over my life during the past few months and my fandom involvement has taken a back seat to everything else. I'll try and give you more of an update once I get stuff sorted out.

Okay, "Sunlight" is done and posted to GWA. I'll post the final two chapters to GWBish tomorrow night. The fic for Moments of Rapture is done and in the judges' hands (I'll post it after the initial judging is completed). I also have another three ficlets to add to Little Things that I'll post next week sometime (I'll also post "Shattered" at that time). I've completed the outline for "Six Minutes" (sequel to "Seven Stitches"), and am trying to complete it in time for Jana's contest at Shinigami + Wing. Next on the schedule is completing the outline for the sequel to Daydreams (project working title is "Secrets"), and collecting all my notes and drafts for the next part in the Fortune arc. (I may also do a couple Christmas fics/ficlets if the inspiration strikes--I have an outline for a Christmas sidefic to 'Daydreams' and a couple other ideas that I've been playing with.)

Okay, "Daydreams" is done and posted to GWA and the 1x2ML. I also wrote the 3x4
fic, "Sunlight", which is in the final copyedit stage, and Tyr mentioned sending the first part of that to GWA tonight or tomorrow. Recent meds have been fairly awful, but I still managed to get the site updated, links fixed, and changed the guestbook function to LycosGear so I don't get truncated messages any longer. This weekend has been set aside to work on Sharon's contest fic and to set up the outline for the sequel to Daydreams (project working title is "Secrets").

Okay, "Daydreams" is done except
for some possible edits to the last two chapters. I also wrote the 3x4
prequel to that fic as well ("Sunlight"). Recent medication problems have
limited my fandom time, but I'm planning to finally update my links and
fiction pages soon and start posting on lists again. More later...

I've just finished the first draft
of the "AU that ate my life" (whew). Now I have to go and watch a bit of
the series again before going through it and adjusting characterization
and backfilling the plot holes. Then it's off to my beta reader to get
pulled apart again so I can correct all my errors prior to posting it.
It's about sixteen 5-6 page chapters. I did manage to get something short
writ for Tyr's contest, and need to write something for the Moments of
Rapture contest as well. I've gone through and listed all the fortune cookie
fortunes I have on my desk in preparation of finishing the Fortune arc,
and I've started to work on a few more "Little Things". I've also been
working on expanding the outline to another long piece (the one set after
Endless Waltz). I've been really sick, so writing has been slow.

Okay, the "AU that ate my life"
is keeping me busy (still)--also Shoujocon and Otakon weekends and some
real life stuff. The fic underwent some really nasty edits and shrank down
to about 35 pages, but it's now back up to 50+ pages (about 6 chapters)
again. As soon as I get the first draft done (in another 20-30 pages I
think), I'm planning on finishing up another couple pieces of the Fortune
arc and a few more "Little Things" before swinging into another long piece
(this one set after Endless Waltz--and, big surprise, another 1x2 sorta
thing). I've an outline set up for it already and a few scenes I'm really
looking forward to writing. Hmmm...somewhere in there I owe Tyr an entry
for the 2002 GWA Angst Contest, and Sharon an entry for the Moments of
Rapture 'pic-n-fic' contest as well.. Yes, I'm still writing. Sorry I haven't
posted anything recently, but I don't want to post a work in progress...

Remember that longer AU thing I
mentioned earlier? Well, it has officially taken over my life. Ack, I write
very slow; real life has been, um, interesting lately; and I've still somehow
managed to get about 50 pages done so far. This one I'm going to go out
shopping for a beta reader for--too many opportunities for me to screw
up those little consistency snippits in something this ponderous. I will
keep this updated. Promise.

Again, very sorry about the gap
in entries, I've been traveling (PA/OH/KY/WV/MD/NJ/NY) again. I'm getting
ready to get back into posting gear again, just finished another "Little
Thing" this morning, and have been working on the stalled "Fortune Cookies"
arc. I'm also about 20 pages into my longer AU piece that I've been kicking
around for a while now. It seems to be moving slowly, but I'm pleased with
it so far. I've also finished outlines for three other longer pieces...so
I'm keeping myself out of trouble.
Anyone going to Shoujocon in New Jersey in July? How about Otakon in Baltimore? I'll be at both, and am planning on getting together with some other authors and fans...send me an email if you're interested... I'm also registered at Yaoi-Con in October.
In more exciting news, Some of my
fics have been entered in various contests, and I'm pleased to announce
that the 'Christmas Arc' won the angst category in Dacia's contest (see
links page for her site). It's the first contest I've won anything in,
and Ponderosa did a lovely illustration of 'Tokens' as the prize. I'll
put links to it and the award when I do my site update tomorrow.

Sorry about the gap in entries,
I've been traveling. First trip was to A-Cen (Anime Central convention)
just outside of Chicago, the second trip was up and around Binghampton
NY just this past weekend. Yes, I'm still writing (albeit a bit slower
than before), and should be posting new material shortly.

Okay, I sent the first part of the
Fortune Cookie arc ("FLIFC: Good Fortune") over to Tyr yesterday, and just
put a copy up on my site a few minutes ago. Part two is already written
and beta'd, but I don't want to send it in until I finish part three (to
check for consistency). I'll post 'Good Fortune' to my three lists tomorrow
night I think... Tonight I have a major head cold/cough thing and will
skip writing in favour of sleep. I'll work on the Fortune arc, a couple
more Little Things, and two standalone pieces ('Sense of Missing' and 'The
Empty Bed') over the weekend - at least that's the current plan.

Okay, I've sent the 12th "Little
Thing" and an off-the-cuff ficlet ("Map Of My World") over to Tyr, and
just put copies up on my site as well. I'm posting the Little Thing ficlet
to the lists tonight; I'll just leave the other ficlet in the archives
for people to find. What else... been working on the 'Fortune Cookie' arc
some more, and may extend it to five pieces if I can get the outline to
work. I'm also in the midst of outlines and ideas for a continuation of
the "Seven Stitches" and "Sock Drawer" fics that looks like it may work.

I'm still not feeling well (I'm
blaming the new medications I'm on), but I'm managing to write when I can
- honest. I've four new "Little Things" nearly done, but I need to do some
final edits before posting them. The "Finding Love In Fortune Cookies"
fic turned into a three-part arc, two of which are done, the third started.
"Fuzzy Logic" is under further development, "Sense of Missing" has a completed
first draft, and "Words/Song" is starting to come together. Oh, and I've
started a 'dating' series that looks like it might be fun...

Oh lord. I finally posted "Heero's
Sock Drawer" (it's living at Gundam
Wing Addiction due to the explicit decriptives in it). I still can't
believe that I actually finished the darn thing - it's been months
in progress.
I've been sick, but I'm still working
on about ten new fics and ficlets, and yes, I will eventually update and
expand my bio. I did get the gift art section of the gallery up though...

I moved the three new fics to Maxwell's
Salvage tonight (they've been at Gundam
Wing Addiction since Weds). Just a note - this is likely to be the
new routine (sending fics to the archive first - then moving them here
as time allows). That way I can take shameless advantage of Tyr's HTML
coding and save some time. Also, I will eventually have some fics at Gundam
Wing Addiction that, because of content, I won't host here (I'm trying
to keep this a PG13-rated site - but my muse doesn't always cooperate).
I'm also working on a couple new
fics and ficlets, and yes, I will update and expand my bio a little since
I've been getting a number of letters...

Hmmm. Finished (at least until I
feel the need to rip them to shreds again) "Touching Base," "Bones of a
Fallen Angel," and "Seven Stitches" and shipped them off to GWA before
I lost my nerve and just deleted the darn things. I'll try to get copies
up here as well by the weekend if time allows.
I've also been working on a Valentine's
Day fic or two - but they are moving slower than normal (crosses fingers
that weekend will be more productive). Couple more ficlets are under construction,
but I may take a break for a couple weeks to get some other stuff posted.

I'd like to send out sincere thanks
to all of you who have visited my website here or my page at GW Addiction.
At some point over the past day or so I passed 20,000 hits. And I'm honored
that you've made effort and found the time to visit. Truly.
Yes, yes, I'm still ficleting and
working on finishing some 'in progress' fics. In the "The Little Things"
set - Mr. Fixit, Arrival, Departure, and Ampersand got some development
time; and outlines for a few more are done. "Touching Base" (the Christmas
arc side fic) is done but needs editing/proofing before I move it to the
site and send it to Tyr; "Heero's Sock Drawer" is finally complete and
has been subjected to the initial review of a few close friends (who are
either being _very_ polite or actually read and sort of enjoyed the thing).
I also set up outlines and some dialog for a couple Feb 14th fics and a
ten-part "Anniversary" arc (you'll see - it'll be fun - promise). Oh yeah,
and a small handful of other one-shot fiction pieces that I'm setting up
to keep me occupied when I'm not fixated on "Words/Song".

I'm back to ficleting and working
on finishing up a few of the 'in progress' fics at the moment. I've finished
some more ficlets the "The Little Things" set (Duo's Sofa, Small Notes,
Strands, Feeding Fish) and have four others started and a list of about
sixty more ideas for the set - so this may be continuing through the later
months of 2002. "Touching Base" (the Christmas arc side fic) is about 2/3rds
done and still progressing; "Bones of a Fallen Angel" is complete, but
needs heavy editing before I move it to the site; "Heero's Sock Drawer"
was ripped off of a disk and beaten thoroughly last night - so that may
see the light of day soon as well. Oh yeah, the 'angst-fest monster' -
working title(s) "Words/Song" is back under development. It's the abandoned
original outline and expansion of "Reasons Not..."; I've got the whole
thing outlined and have been working on it at random moments over the past
few months, but will start writing in March. It will be a multichapter
story or a long arc.
