"I never thought I'd reach the end"

JP: Hello fans everywhere and welcome to the MWF's March Madness show!

Sully: This is our second pay-per-view since the reawakening of the MWF, and what a show we have for you tonight...its going to be incredible.

JP: Tonight, ladies and gentleman, its a sad, sad night. It's Ross Allen's last MWF appearance before he sails off into whatever tempts him next.

Sully: Retirement I should guess.

JP: He's not retiring, he isn't that old!

Sully: It's not sad, it's like the removal of dead wood.

JP: Ross Allen is a God, so I therefore decree that you have comitted blashphemy!

Sully: At least he has a decent opponent for the first time tonight, after that scumbag Anarkist turned sides and joined up with Allen.

JP: Anarkist is a good man...

Sully: You weren't saying that two months ago.

JP: Why are you so difficult?

Sully: I'm paid to be difficult....

JP: Tonight, we also find out, just what the world has been waiting for.

Sully: Now I have to agree with you there JP, it is a revelation which will shock the wrestling world...tonight we find out....

JP: Who shot the MWF President at 'The End'...its going to over shadow any match that the MWF could hold. Ladders, tables, chairs, they mean nothing when you are talking about the man who made this company, who founded this federation. Championships are scraps of metal with pretty picture, icons pale when you consider the news that will be spilt upon this five thousand strong crowd in the Illinois state capital of Chicago.

Sully: The windy city is going to be blown away tonight, I have a feeling that General Manage Fozzy is going to come out smelling of roses from tonight.

JP: Why's that?

Sully: He is in the position of power, Ed is pretending....he's nothing anymore, he knows, he knows that Fozzy is the man who really controls the MWF.

JP: Ed wouldn't allow himself to be blackmailed.

Sully: It's too late, Ed's lost his battle, and Fozzy's about to win the war!

{{{[JP: Shall we refresh our minds of what happened at "The End", I hate to watch it for those new fans who are amongst us they may be unware of the events that happened in October of 2001.

Sully: Only Johny Star stands between Ed and his very own MWF World Championship, can he do it!

JP: Listen to this crowd they want him to do it.

The crowd roar for ED as he whips Johny into the ropes and goes to clothesline him, but suddenly a huge gunshot goes off and Ed falls to the mat. The crowd scream as Ed falls and Johny Star looks on in horror as blood spills from a wound in Ed's side.

Sully: Someone just shot the President!

JP: MY GOD! NOOOOO!

Johny Star sits Ed up and Rock, RRA, RD, RVD all slide back into the ring, medics rush to the ring.]}}}

Sully: That was it, the very sad moment that we thought we'd lost our MWF President.

JP: But he came through, like any good man would....he survived and he's living a fairytale now and I think it has helped him value his life so much more now that he faced death...

Sully:...and won, but he is still not an entirely honest man.

JP: He's an as an honest as I have ever met in my life, and you Sully should respect him for what he has done.

Sully: I respect him for what he has done...but not what he is doing.

JP: What is he doing that is so bad?

Sully: Ruining this federation, why do you think so many people decide to leave?

JP: Because of Fozzy, his blackmail and underhand tactics are the kind that tore WCW apart, when it was around.

Sully: It's no use trying to make you see sense, maybe after tonight you will realise that Ed is not the "God" you make him out to be.

JP: At least he doesn't have an ego problem, unlike someone.

Sully: I do not have an ego problem!

JP: Did I say I was talking about you?

Sully: I'll tell you someone with an ego problem...

JP: Who?

Sully: That Wildfire...he thinks he is so damn good because he managed to win the MWF TV Title and keep it for a little while.

JP: Well he faces Kaos tonight, and I think you're going to see the true Wildfire come out.

Sully: What that he truly is very weak underneath a hard exterior?

JP: No...that he is a fighting champion.

Sully: He's a wimp, thats all, he'll always appear just at the last minute.

JP: Let's go backstage for some action....

[The camera cuts backstage and we see the MWF World Champion striding down the corridors of the arena in Chicago. The look on the MWF World Champion's face is one of tiredness, and also of great sadness, he adjusts the World Title that hangs from his shoulder as he turns the corner and waiting for him is the MWF's top interviewer, Ian Gonzales.]

Gonzales: Ross Allen!

Allen: [manages to raise a smile] Yes....Ian, how are you?

Gonzales: I'm great thanks Ross, what a night it is going to be...are you excited?

Allen: I see night's like this one all the time.

Gonzales: But this isn't any night is it, we find out who shot the MWF President!

Allen: You think that is something to be excited about? I held Ed's bleeding body in my hands, and I don't give a damn anymore about it all, what I care about are my fans.

Gonzales: What are you going to do tonight for your fans? This being your last MWF appearance.

Allen: Sadly, this will be the last time I step into the MWF ring [sighs] but I promise them this...I promise all those Ross Allen fans, I gurantee that I will go out into that ring and I will keep fighting until the last bead of sweat is sapped from my forehead. I will keep fighting, just for all those men, women and children who have cheered me to the greatest feats in the MWF's history.

Gonzales: Are you sad to leave?

Allen: [Allen gives Gonzales a strange look] Glad? Gonzales are you some kind of idiot?

Gonzales: Only half of one...

Allen: Tonight is not a night for jokes, or messing around. Tonight is a night when the future of the MWF will be shaped, when the new breed begin to drip through the fingers of the old, when the veterans of the MWF begin to set sail for distant lands, the wrestling Avalon.

Gonzales: But you can't go Ross...we can't see you leave, how will the MWF live without you?

Allen: There are plenty of men here in the MWF who can carry the flag...Sam King, The Jeopardizer, Nova and Bandit. You watch that Tag match tonight and you'll be watching the MWF's future all competing for a minor honour, you fast forward a few months and you'll be seeing the same men again, but this time for the biggest prize in the game, the MWF World Title.

Gonzales: Quite a prophiecy there, will you ever comeback?

Allen: No.

Gonzales: Just no?

Allen: I don't have to justify myself, I stated in a press conference earlier this week why I am leaving, and those reasons have not changed and I do not intend on sounding like a parrot and repeating myself.

Gonzales: Do you have a message for Mark Rose?

Allen: Yes, Mark Rose, we fight tonight for a great deal of pride...and a great honour, the MWF World Title is not on the line in the match, well it is now!

Gonzales: The MWF World Title will be on the line?

Allen: Hell yeah Gonzales, oh yeah, oh yeah, tonight is my final match and I want it to be memorable and if putting the MWF World Title in there makes it all the more memorable then so be it. Rose, you want this belt, I know you do, you want it to replace your lost family...well Rose your family ain't never coming back and this belt is never coming to you! It never went to Anarkist....it never went to Insane Wayne...and it will never go to Mark Rose for as long as I can help it. Tonight, you get your big chance, your shot at becoming a name in the MWF, you impress everyone Rose, but you haven't impressed me.

Gonzales: Wow, big words Ross....

[The camera suddenly turns as the MWF President Edward Walker walks past, he stops and shakes the hand of Ross Allen.]

Allen: I'm sorry Ed...

Ed: Don't be, tonight is not a night for saying sorry.

Allen: I know, and I'm going to show everyone why I am the MWF's legend....I'm doing it for you out there.

Ed: Thanks Ross, I wish it wouldn't end this way, but at least you're going out on top and that is always the way to go. It is how the MWF finished last time...

Allen: Yes, last time, but the MWF will never finish this time. You're a strong man Ed, a stronger man than most of the men on this earth and I have faith you will never let this place fade.

Ed: If you believe the journalists it already is...

Allen: Critics will be critics [Allen places a hand on Ed's shoulder] and you let them do their job and you do yours.

Ed: I'll miss you Ross.

Allen: I'll miss you to Ed.

[Ed extends his hand but Allen grabs Ed and the two men hug and then shake hands, Ed smiles, Allen smiles, the MWF World Title seems to be glimmering under the lights.]

Ed: It's going to be something special tonight [an evil smile crosses Ed's face] the truth is...the truth is...

Allen: The truth?

Ed: Oh nothing, I have things to do Ross, head on round and say your goodbyes.

Allen: I certainly will.

Gonzales: Ed, some quick questions...

Ed: Not now Ian...go and find Fozzy, I'm sure he'll appreciate your questions.

Gonzales: But...

[The MWF President turns his back on Ian Gonzales and walks off, Allen walks the other way and Ian Gonzales is left all alone in the corridor. The camera goes back to JP and Sully.]

JP: Wow! What a moment that was!

Sully: The tension back there, but well at least Allen's finally going, can let the new talent through.

JP: Talking of new talent, the next match should showcase some of the MWF's rising talent.

Sully: Kaos is a kid with a big future...

JP: If Wildfire has anything to do with it then Kaos won't have a future.

Sully: Wildfire is the MWF TV Champion, and what?

JP: That belt is going to be the springboard to success for many wrestlers throughout their careers.

Sully: I'm sure it is, but Wildfire doesn't deserve a belt like that.

JP: Yes he does! He's put a hell of a lot of work in and is now reaping the rewards.
