Organizing and announcing the council members about meetings
Organizing social and cultural events
Announcing events to the students (e-mail and posters)
Control of bank account (together with VP Finances and President)

Raising funds
Updating the account balance
Control of bank account (together with VP Events and President)
Writing minutes of the meetings
Maintaining all of the e-mail lists

Web Administrator |
Updating and maintaining the web site

VP External |
Outside contact for all events organized in conjunction with parties outside the CEGSS
Raising funds (together with VP Finances)
Coordinating representatives for the PGSS and Faculty
If no representatives, VP must assume responsibility for attending meetings

External Reps |
To help out with other council activities and
PGSS Rep (x2) - to attend and report on meetings (first Wednesday of every month)
Faculty Rep - to attend and report on meetings (twice a year)
CSCE Rep - to attend and report on meetings
TA Rep - to attend and report on meetings with AGSEM

Organizing and coordinating the Graduate Students Conference
Maintaining the efficiency and cleanness of all computer labs (including softwares)
Organizing clean-ups (for the computers, the lounge and its accessories)
Coordinating representatives for Student/Staff Meetings and the Department
If no representatives, VP must assume responsibility for attending meetings

To help out with other council activities
Student-Staff Rep (x2) - to attend and report on meetings
Departmental - to attend and report on meetings
Conference Rep - to assist the VP internal and ensure the smoothness of the conference
Computer Rep - to attend and report on computer committee meetings (and to oversee the printers).
