For
a delightful look at Mirfield then and now, click on to John Coates'
site "Mirfield In Pictures". Many thanks to John for
his superb picture of the Parish Church - there are many other
photos of this ancient historical village( which is mentioned
in the Domesday Book - young visitors take note for your English
History dissertations! ) and other links of interest too:

In
the weeks and months to come, I hope to collate more information
on the family from parish records etc.(time and improved web skills
permitting). Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy the present content.
I'm attempting to present a photo of each individual as a child;
a young adult and as they are now. Also I'd love to have a collection
of wedding photos which would be really special.
