A CRY FOR HELP.

This cry for help from a Victim and her family. 

Their garden and boundaries had been sprayed with what looks like I believe correctly is RoundUP, apparently to see a reaction or as an act of vandalism.

 It was left on my internet MSN connection to find.

 See the attached photos of the damage.  They are obviously NOT salt air.

 The council Health Inspector/Officer clearly knows nothing of horticulture.  When called to investigate, he should have brought a curator or nurseryperson to assist in the investigation.

 The plants are not young and have grown up in a sea air environment, so his comments don't measure up.

 What would have been the responsible thing to do was take soil samples immediately for investigation.

 That offer was made approximately one month after the event, and anyone who knew what they were doing would have known that tests so late would not be conclusive.  I believe that RoundUp, having a sugar base, commences to break down quickly.

 In the meantime this family is suffering without any care or assistance from the authorities.

 It is my belief that instead of being treated as an act of vandalism it should have been treated as something more serious.

 The very fact that the family was advised from 2 sources, not to eat the food should have been a starting point.

 Whoever was conducting the investigation could have interviewed the persons who gave the warnings and asked how did they know they were poisoned or not fit to eat?    Surely this required further investigation from the police?

 Her comment that she would have to leave her home, but that there are no suitable residential places available is true. 

 New homes are still full of chemicals from carpets, cupboard manufacture, Building and construction glues, etc. and take many years to really clear, if ever.

 Besides, common sense asks, where in Australia can she go where there is no spraying?

 This home was chosen because it was near the water and according to the water authorities was not supposed to have any spraying done near it.

 I have notified the police, the council, & no-one cares or says they can do anything.

 There is no rental. ... oh & to add insult to injury, I have to pay for the tests council are doing.

 Which we know will be corrupt. I think reality is, I am being driven out.... Where do I go? I am too scared to go in a tent... if I stay....

 I will continue to feel sick. I am lost...& feel so helpless.

 Please notify anybody you can for me about what’s happened... I need help.

 The council said "IT doesn’t appear to be sprayed' I even showed him the pics & he said it could be salt.

 I told him I don’t salivate and have this heart pain, and salt doesn’t burn my daughters face & make her dizzy....

 They just don’t want to know........

 AutoMessage: This is a message that will show when I am not here john... I am still sick & trying to wash everything & I did then hung it out, only to get re-contaminated by the air. So now its in my house even worse. Its getting worse. I wasn’t off doing something crazy. I slept for 6 hours after going outside with the council.  Knocks me out going outside....that’s they way it is. Now I have to go to the laundro bar I think & try & wash my things there... and go hang it out at someone

This is what my garden looked like one morning. I notified the police, I notified the council. No-one was interested. The police said they couldn’t do anything, even though one guy came here & said “I wouldn’t be eating anything out of your garden’ and another guy rang & said he ate from my garden & got sick.
The health guy from the council said it could be salt… or heat. Said he sees no evidence of spraying from these pictures…. Or from the brown mess I have in the garden now.

I still can’t walk outside without salivating, spots in my eyes, dizzy, heart pain. My daughter's nose burns, she has a sore throat, and has had a daily headache. We are being driven out of our home & we have no-where to go.
I am so sick to the stomach thinking how vindictive it was of someone to do this to me & there was NO investigation. The council offered to test, not before asking me how long ago it was sprayed. It was sprayed a few weeks ago to their joy, knowing you can only pick round-up in the soil for 2-4 weeks. So I am thinking they will test this, say nothing is there and I am crazy.

Any-body got some expert advice for me?
