THE FRONT YARD

The front yard is positioned on the corner of Windcreek Way and Windcreek Lane.  The intersecting streets have very little thru traffic (Windcreek Way leads to a small cul-de-sac of four houses).  The entire lot is approx. 25,872 sq. feet with 160 feet of frontage on both Windcreek Way and Windcreek Lane.

All exterior white trim and grey shutters were painted in the fall of 2001.  Roofing is charcoal colored fiberglass shingles

An underground sprinkler system was installed for easy landscape care.  Mature loblolly pine trees (75'), dogwoods, gardenias and over a dozen varieties of daylilys enhance the beauty of the house.  Across Windcreek Way is a densely vegetated ravine.

The spacious two-car garage includes a left side automatic opener.  A pull-down ladder provides easy access to attic/storage space.  A workshop room with built-in workbench and a large laundry sink is an added bonus...great for the handyman or gardener of the family!
