Support Process
All problem notices will be grouped tracked according to severity and functional
area. If you do not receive a reply, it is most likely that the identical problem
you are experiencing has already been submitted and is being worked on. Change request
and comments may or may not receive a reply.
Confidentiality
Your name and email address will be kept confidential. It will only be used to reply
to your support questions.
Response Time
Registered Customers receive (on average) a 48 hour response time, except weekends
and holidays. All other please allow up to 2 weeks to be contacted.
