Tasks

Welcome, distant traveller!  In order to become the highest rank of a Med-Jai you can be--Med-Jai Warrior for God--you will have to do some tasks.  For every task you do, you will receive the given amount of points, called task points.  The list below shows you what things you can do in order to acquire task points that will go toward your rank--the ranking system is also below; the more tasks you do, the more points you will receive toward your rank.  Along with your task points, you will also receive warrior points which you will use to acquire your equipment including camels, horses, falcons, wardrobe, weaponry, and tattoos.  Each of these things are assigned a certain amount of points.  If you have enough warrior points, then you can adopt or acquire any piece of equipment.   In addition to the tasks that you can do, there is also a list of rank.  Just for enlisting, you receive 10 points, which means that your rank is Med-Jai Recruite!  After you enlist and become a Med-Jai Recruite, you will have to go through basic training.  To go through basic training, click on the banner entitled "Med-Jai Basic Training Program".  Every Med-Jai Recruite must go through basic training in order to do tasks and acquire task and warrior points.  Good luck and have fun! ~Djed-Nefer                                                              ~~Task and Warrior Points System~~ --Enlist (10 task pts; 1 warrior pt) --Sign the Guest Book of the Dead; you must leave your name and a message.  Please,  do not just sign my guest book for the points (one entry = 10 task pts; 1 warrior pt) --Submit a website concerning the Mummy movies or Egyptology (10 task pts; 1 warrior pt) --Invite a friend to enlist; ask this person to put your name and e-mail address in the comments portion of the enlisting test; for every person you invite, you will receive 10 task pts and 1 warrior pt --Submit your best artwork, concerning the Mummy movies or Ancient Egypt (40 task pts; 4 warrior pts) --Submit fan fiction, concerning the Mummy movies (40 task pts; 4 warrior pts) --Make up a Med-Jai anthem or cheer (20 task pts; 2 warrior pts) --Make up a Med-Jai motto, saying or phrase (10 task pts; 1 warrior pt) --Inform me of any special event that deals with Ancient Egypt; this can include special television specials, special events or exhibits at museums; do not submit any information concerning events that happen habitually like "Tutenstein" airs every Saturday at 10:30 pm on channel 5; please include the name of the event, the date(s) of the event and when it will occur, and whatever else you feel is necessary to include (20 task pts; 2 warrior pts) --Sign any or both of my guest books (of the Dead and of the Living) on my Egyptology website (http://www.oocities.org/egyptology84/home.html) (one entry = 10 task pts; 1 warrior pt) --Submit a website that concerns the Mummy, the Mummy Returns, characters from either films, Egyptology, and ancient Egypt  (one site = 5 task pts and 1 warrior pt; limit 5 sites per day per person) --E-mail me at med_jai_warrior_for_god@yahoo.com with any suggestions:  making this site better, adding more tasks, etc.  (20 task pts; 2 warrior pts) --Finding one easy item from the Mummy/Returns Search Mission will give you 20 task pts and 2 warrior pts! --Finding one difficult item from the MummyReturns Search Mission will give you 100 task pts and 10 warrior pts!
