Contains detailed information on national & organisational emblems, cuff titles, arm bands, trade, rank, proficiency and specialist arm bands, service cheverons, sleeve rings, volunteers arm shields, military campaign shields, unit cap badges, musicians "wings", shoulder straps and collar patches.

This annual contains obituaries of the following officers and men: Maj-Gen Hollond CB, CMG, DSO, Major Sarel, Brig-Gen Green Wilkinson CMG, DSO, Colonel Paley CMG, DSO, Captain Oxley-Boyle, Major Alston MC, Lt-Col. Long, Lt-Col. Ovey DSO, JP, General Sir Pitt-Taylor KCB, CMG, DSO, Colonel Sloggett CBE, DSO, DL, Captain Purvis, CSM Blundell, Mr Seymour, Mr Saunders, Lt-Col. Wainman DSO (11th Hussars).
Also contains a list of honours and awards to the regiment for 1950 and 10-15 articles on the various aspects of the Rifle Brigade (IE "The Rifleman of 150 year ago and of today", "Extracts of the Diary of Lt. A.W. Godfrey").
Most importantly it lists all members of the Rifle Brigade Club and Association with their addresses corrected to 31 december 1950. Approx. 650 names.
