What about the weather!


Temperature The Greek climate varies from North to South. In the northwest, where there are the mountains, the weather is cold in Winter. In the south it is very similar to other Mediterranean countries. In Winter, it is warm while in Summer it is very, very hot. The mean annual temperature in Athens is about 17° C (63° F); the extremes range from a normal low of -0.6° C (31° F) in January to a normal high of 37.2° C (99° F) in July.

The temperature varies
       
Rainfall In Greece it does not rain much, however in the north, where there are many mountains, it rains a lot. In Winter it also snows and the mountains are covered with snow.. 

In the mountain it rains a lot
       
Sun  In the south. the summers are hot and dry, with clear, cloudless skies. This is the reason why many tourists visit Greece. Recently cruise liners go to the Greek islands for the sun that shines so bright.

 

In Summer it is very hot
