Graduated from Rutgers College, Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in the Administration of Justice, Minor in Sociology and a Criminology Certificate, Percy D. Gayanilo obtained his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. Percy D. Gayanilo served as a Student Law Clerk for Judge James A. Yates in the New York County Supreme Court, Criminal Term and as an intern for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, Felony Trial Bureau. With years of experience The Firm has represented thousands of individuals singled out during criminal investigations and charged with all levels of crimes. We have appeared in municipal court, criminal court, Supreme Court and federal court to fight for our clients. We have successfully tried many of cases to verdicts on all kinds of criminal charges, from complicated attempted murders and sex crimes to domestic violence, DWI, assault, weapons charges, theft crimes, and drug cases. We have and can handle any kind of criminal case. The Firm has prepared hundreds of witnesses for testimony and interviews before countless grand juries, prosecutors, and investigative agencies.
