I helped Charlie do chores, and then I peeled potatoes for dinner and put the ham in the oven to bake. We went to 10:15 Mass at St. Marys. Mike was very good even though it was High Mass. We stopped past home and got ham, potatoes etc. and went over to the folks. Harriet and Bud were there too. Dot brought pies, noodles and salad. We got dinner ready right away and ate about 1. Then Harriet, Dot and I did the dishes. After that we played euchre. Aunt Gladys, Uncle Ervin, Phil, Uncle Ralph, Sharon and the couple and their daughter who were all staying with them were all here this afternoon. Also, the Metzgers stopped past on the way home from Ronald's bacculearte services. We left about 5:30 and went home. I helped Charlie do chores and then we ate a lunch. Afterwards we just read the paper. Oh yes, I made some fudge and Harriet and Bud stopped past and got some eggs and rhubarb. We went to bed about 10.
May 2, 1949 (Mon)
This morning I cleaned eggs, did dishes, and gave Mike his breakfast and bath. This afternoon Mike and I went to N. Manchester. It was a nice day and Mike certainly enjoys his trips to town and ride in Bobby's Taylor-tot. I took cow feed to elevator to have ground. I sent a money order for Charlie's insurance, bought white paint for woodwork in the dining room and wallpaper cleaner, bought groceries, went to the locker, and took a dress to dry cleaners. I stopped past the folks on the way home and borrowed their food grinder. It was about 5:30 when I got home. Charlie was building fence all day. He worked till dark, I helped him do chores, then we ate supper and to bed.
May 3, 1949 (Tues)
Another washday. Besides my regular washing, I washed blankets, dining room curtains and rugs. It was another very nice and the temperature got clear up in the 80's. Charlie worked on his fences again today. This afternoon I ironed and put clothes away. I helped Charlie do chores - it was 7:30 before he started. Then I cleaned eggs. We just ate supper and then to bed.
May 4, 1949 (Wed)
Another hot day - once again temperatures in the 80's. I've had Mike out in his playpen quite a bit of the time and he just loves it. This morning after dishes and Mike's bath, Mike and I went over to Dot's and borrowed their stepladder. By the time I got back home, I had to get dinner - then dishes again. I started painting the ceiling in the dining room light green. Dot brought Johnny and Bobby over this afternoon while she went to town. It was about 6 before she got back. I finally finishing putting the first coat on while Charlie did chores. I started on the second and ran out of paint. Then supper and to bed. Charlie worked on fences again today.
May 5, 1949 (Thurs)
Charlie went over to the folks today to plow. I left here a little before 9 and took Mike in to see Dr. Huffman. We had to wait there a half hour. Mike had a spot on his rear - the doctor wasn't sure whether it was ringworm or something else, but he gave me salve to put on it. From there, we went to N. Manchester. I bought some more paint for the ceiling, a border for the dining room, some plastic ice -box dishes for Mother and Buryel for Mother's Day and a pair of vases for Oddra and Bud. I also bought a few groceries, Mother's Day cards and went to the locker. I stopped at the dry cleaners to get my gray dress, but it wasn't done. Since I wanted it for Sat. and wouldn't be back to town before then, they said they would press it right away. So Mike and I went back to Hall's drugstore and Mike and I had a coke. Finally at a quarter after 11 I got the dress and went home. After I ate a lunch and fed Mike, I did the dishes and finshed painting the ceiling in the dining room. Then I cleaned the wallpaper - it was very, very dirty, but cleaned very easily. I also painted one wall of the woodwork. Charlie came home then about 7. I helped him do chores and we ate supper. I redded the table up and Mike and I went to bed. Charlie went out about 10 and plowed till 12:30 so it was about 1 before he got to bed. It was very hot again today.
May 6, 1949 (Fri)
Another nice day. Charlie plowed at home this morning and went over to the folks this afternoon. I painted the woodwork in the dining room and finally finished at 6:30. Once again I helped Charlie do chores, we ate supper. I did dishes and then to bed. I also washed my hair.
May 7, 1949 (Sat)
Of course, it rained this morning since I washed so I hung diapers and towels upstairs. I also cleaned both bedrooms. Charlie disced this morning and went over to the folks this afternoon. I mopped and waxed the dining room and kitchen floors and straightened them up. Then it turned nice outdoors so I hung the rest of the clothes outdoors. I washed the dining room windows and ironed the ruffles on the curtains and put them up. I was doing that when Dot, Johnny, Bobby and Norma Clochesser came. They stayed just a few minutes. I left soon after and went after Charlie. It was 6 before Charlie and I started chores. I came in then and wrapped the vases, gave Mike his supper and got cleaned up myself. Charlie came in then. I fried bacon sandwiches to take along and a package of rolls. Then I finished getting Mike ready. It was 8 before we left here. We went to Ft. Wayne and got to the Pastime Club where the reception was held. Oddra looked very nice and they both looked so happy. Pat, Marilyn, Betty and husbands were all there. Mike was a showoff and the girls were feeding him cake and cokes - he was having a big time. We left about a quarter till 10 and when out past Lucy and Bill's. We thought they might still be up. There was a light in their bedroom, but we didn't stop. So we were home in bed by 10:30
May 8, 1949 (Sun)
Happy Mothers Day to me. First year I have been a Mother on Mother's Day. We were going to go to 6:00 Mass, but overslept. It was 7:30 before we got up. I helped Charlie do chores and then came in and cleaned the living room. Dot came over a little after 9 and brought Johnny. She had pie dough made up - she rolled it out while I cleaned, cut and sugared rhubard. She left about a quarter till 10. I made my noodle dough and rolled them out. Dot also brought over a couple roasters for dinner. Mom and Dad came about 11. Dot, Bob and Bobby had come back about 10:30. While Dot browned the chicken, I washed up the dishes that were dirty. We had dinner about 1. We did dishes, and about 2:30 we left here and went up to the folks cottage. Bobby was determined he was going with Charlie, Mike and I so he did and then he slept most of the way. Ray, Fern, Stevie, Grandpa Christman and Fern's folks were there already. Bob, Dot, Bobby, Mike and I went for a boat ride. Mom and Dad went home from there about 5:30 and we left soon after. This evening I helped Charlie do chores. I came in about 8:00 and laid down on the bed and went to sleep and didn't wake up till 10:30. It was about 11:30 when we got to bed.
May 9, 1949 (Mon)
Mike is 11 months old today. One more month till his first birthday. It sprinkled a little this morning, but that was all. Charlie has been hoping for a good rain. This morning Charlie took a steer to the locker to be butchered. I straightened up the house, gave Mike a bath in his tub (he still cries when I set him in it), wrote in here and make strawberry shortcake for dinner. This afternoon Charlie went over to the folks to plow and disc. I washed dishes and cleaned 20 dozen eggs. I read magazines most of the time then till Charlie came home a little after 8. The universal shaft on our car broke so he had to come home in the folks' car - what next? I helped Charlie do chores, we ate supper about 10 and then to bed.
May 10, 1949 (Tues)
It was chilly again today - what happened to the warm weather we had last week. Charlie went over to Charlie's folks to plow and disc tonight so Mike and I were alone all day. This morning I did the dishes, gave Mike breakfast and bath, straightened up the house and wrote letters to Mother and Betty Jane. I told them both about the baby. This afternoon I washed dishes again, wrote letters to Donna Lou and Pauline, cleaned eggs, and spent most of the rest of the time reading magazines. It was a little after 7 when Charlie got home. I helped Charlie do chores and he talked me into milking a cow - my arms got too tired before I got a third done so Charlie finished her. We ate supper and then to bed. We just don't seem to have much time in the evenings to play cars, carroms etc. anymore.
May 11, 1949 (Wed)
A little warmer today, but the weather was still in the 50's most of the day. It frosted last night. Charlie went over to the folks again today. He had our car fixed yesterday so it runs once again. This morning I cleaned yesterday's eggs before the eggman came and had 29 dozen for him. Eggs are up to 52 cents dozen for now. Then I did dishes, gave Mike breakfast a bath. He had his bath in his tub and for the first time he liked it - he usually cried. He weighed 16 3/4 lbs. - he had stopped gaining for awhile, but has gained now. This afternoon I wrote a letter to Anna May. I also mended a pair of Charlie's overalls and some dresses of mine. I also washed a couple of diapers out by hand and some other things too. It was a quarter till 9 before Charlie got home and then the calves had gone to Norths and we had to run them down. It was 11 before he finished chores so we just ate bread, butter, radishes and onions, ice cream and coffee. And then to bed.
May 12, 1949 (Thurs)
It was a nice day - warmed up considerable. Charlie went over to Dot and Bob's this morning and helped Bob put their new corn planter together. I washed this morning. We got a letter from Betty Jane - she said she was certainly surprised to hear we were expecting a baby. I had already eaten lunch when Charlie came about a quarter after 12 so I had to get him something to eat. I took him over to the folks - he disced over there this afternoon. Mike and I came home and I did dishes, ironed and put clothes away. About 6:30 Mike and I left here and went past Bracken, bought a few groceries and then went after Charlie. The folks were there and I talked to them while I waited on Charlie and I also talked to Dot on the telephone. By the time we got chores done and supper ate, it was late so we just went to bed.
May 13, 1949 (Fri)
Friday the 13th - better watch my step today. I took Charlie over to the folks this morning. Back home again, dishes, gave Mike breakfast and bath and cleaned eggs. Charlie came home on the tractor about 1. This afternoon Mike and I went to N. Manchester. I bought groceries, got Mike a pair of shoes, and bought some birthday and anniversary cards. The folks were in town too. I also went to the bank and had the car serviced at Westafers. It was about 4:30 when we got home. Charlie worked till after 7 and then chores, supper and to bed. Got a letter from Mom.
May 14, 1949 (Sat)
Today's Dot's birthday - she's 28. This morning I cleaned eggs and baked an angel food cake. This afternoon after dishes I did a little mending, cleaned up the house, mowed most of the lawn and made frosting for Dot's birthday cake - we're all going to the lake tomorrow. Mike fell off the kitchen table yesterday, but we didn't think he had hurt himself. however, about 5:30 Charlie noticed a big bump above his right ear and it was very soft. I took Mike to the Dr. while Charlie was doing chores and he said Mike had broke a blood vessel in his head which caused a a hemorrage. Dr. Huffman said he couldn't do anything for it then because the blood probably had already begun to clot. He said to bring him back in again Monday. He also examined me, and my gosh, I weighed 119 lbs - I certainly have been gaining lately - it seems like I'm hungry all the time. I asked the doctor about taking Mike to the lake tomorrow and he said it would be alright. It was about 7:30 when we got back home. It was about 8 when Dot and Bob brought Bobby and Johnny over. Charlie went down to Ray's to borrow his boar. After he got back, we made some fudge for tomorrow. We finally got all three of the kids asleep about 11. We were both so tired - Charlie went to sleep on a chair and me on the davenport. It was about midnight when Dot and Bob got back and we went to bed.
May 15, 1949 (Sun)
It was about 7 when we got up. I helped Charlie do chores and then I washed up my dishes and got lettuce, radishes, and onions and cleaned then. Then I got Mike and I cleaned up. It was a little before 10 when we left and then when we were in Liberty Mills, Charlie had forgotten his billfold so we had to got back. It was a quarter till 11 when we got to the cottage. Harriet and Bud were already there. Charlie and I went over to N. Webster and got my fishing license. We went out fishing for a little bit till Dot and Bob came, but didn't catch any fish. We ate dinner and Dot and I went after fishing license for her while Harriet and Buryel did the dishes. Charlie and I went out fishing this afternoon and were just beginning to get bites when it looked like it was going to storm so we went back to the cottage. It had cleared up by then so Dot and Bob had Grandpa Christman's motor and boat and tolled us back up to where we were getting bites. It started to sprinkle so we went back to the cottage again. We just got inside when it started to pour. Florence and Ed Wygant were there. We ate a lunch then and about 6:15 Charlie, Mike and I left for home. I put Mike to bed about 8, helped Charlie do chores and then came in and went to bed. Charlie came to bed a little later.
May 16, 1949 (Mon)
This morning I did dishes, cleaned eggs, straightened up the house and got dinner. This afternoon I did dishes, gave Mike a bath in his tub and got cleaned up myself. I picked up our milk check at S. Whitley dairy and took Mike to the doctor - he thought Mike's head would be alright since it hadn't gotten any larger and it was getting softer which meant it was going away. I paid the light and telephone bills and sent money orders for automobile insurance and to Spiegels. It was a little after 4 when we got home. I put Mike to bed, washed out some diapers by hand and gathered radishes etc. and cleaned them. Oh yes, Betty Jane called about 1. She wants us to come up for dinner next Sunday. She also said Lucile is expecting a baby October 4th (today by the way is Lucile's birthday - she's 22. I helped Charlie do chores - it was after 9 before he finished. We ate supper and then to bed.
May 17, 1949 (Tues)
Another hot day - I washed and was all done, had my wash on the line and tubs and washing machine emptied by 9. Bob came over to help Charlie plant corn. I gave Mike his breakfast then and did dishes. About 10 we left here and went to N. Manchester. I got a muffler for Charlie's tractor, got meat from the locker and bought ice cream. We got home about a quarter till 11. I dampened clothes, and put diapers away. Then I got dinner. We had steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, lettuce, onion and radish salad and ice cream. Then dishes again and I took some more clothes down and put them away. I did my ironing, put that away and cleaned eggs. It was around 9 before Bob and Charlie quit - they have most of our corn planted here. Dot called and we are going to Fort Wayne tomorrow. It was about 11 before Charlie finished chores and about 11:30 when we got to bed.
May 18, 1949 (Wed)
Another nice day. We've been hoping for rain. After dishes, I gave Mike his breakfast and bath - he sits in his tub and splashes all over everything - he just loves it. Bob broke the steering column on his tractor last night and had to fix it before they could work this morning. I did a little mending and straightened up the house - then got dinner. We had swiss steak, browned potatoes, gravy, wilted lettuce, raisin bran muffins, iced tea and peaches. I hurried and did dishes and then got cleaned up. Mike and I left a little after 1 and got Dot, Bobby and Johnny. They were over to the folks. We had to stop by and water their little chickens and then stop at Bracken and get our egg checks cashed. We got to Mom's about 3. About 4 Dad got home and we ate some fish when they ate supper. Dot and I went over to the library on State about 5 and checked out a stunt book. We're supposed to have something for Farm Bureau meeting next Monday evening. We stopped at grocery and then back to Mom's and Dad's about a quarter of 6. I called Betty Jane this afternoon and told her we'd be up for dinner Sunday. It was about 7 when we left and I got home a little after 8. Charlie was doing chores. It had rained a little this afternoon, but not enough to keep them from working. I fixed some supper for Charlie and we went to bed about 10.
May 19, 1949 (Thurs)
Charlie went over to the folks this morning to plant corn. Although it sprinkled a little this morning, it didn't really rain till this afternoon. Then it rained all afternoon and evening. This morning I wrote letters to Lucile and Dorothy Murphy. Today is Lucile's and Bill's 4th wedding anniversary. I darned a few anklets then and ate my dinner. I weighed Mike this morning and he only weighed 16 1/2 lbs. The bump on his head seems to be going down now. This afternoon I did dishes, mopped and waxed the kitchen floor and dusted and swept the dining room. I finished darning the anklets and was baking a chocolate pie when Charlie came home about 5:30. I did up my baking dishes, gave Mike his upper and put him to bed. I went out and helped Charlie do chores. We ate supper about 8:30 and it was about a quarter till 10 when I went to bed. Charlie came to bed soon after.
May 20, 1949 (Fri)
It rained all night and sprinkled off and on all day. This morning I did my dishes, gave Mike a bath and then got cleaned up myself. Charlie went over to Bob's about 11. They came back and we went to N. Manchester. I bought groceries and went to the locker. Then I waited for Bob and Charlie. It was a little after 1 before we got back. I hurried and made some French toast, and we also had celery, potato chips and chocolate pie. This afternoon dishes again. Then I did some mending and cleaned eggs. Charlie worked on his tractor this afternoon and it was late before he got home and started chores. I helped him per usual, then we ate supper and went to bed about 10.
May 21, 1949 (Sat)
I had hoped it would clear up today, but it was cloudy all day. I washed anyway and hung diapers, towels and Charlie's workclothes outside, but diapers were only things that did dry. This afternoon I ironed, put clothes away, gathered some lettuce for Dot, washed out some things by hand and cleaned bedrooms and living room. Charlie and I did chores and were going to go over to Dot and Bob's about 8 when it just started to pour down rain and lightening. We kept waiting for it to let up and finally at 9 we went anyway. We ate ham sandwiches, popcorn, drank cokes and played euchre. Charlie and I won both games we played. It was almost 11 when we got home and 11:30 in bed.
May 22, 1949 (Sun)
We got up at 6 and did chores. It was about 8:30 before we left home. We got up to Mom's a little after 9 and I took a shower and Charlie and I went to 10:00 Mass at St. Judes while Mother took care of Mike. We got back about 10:30. Charlie took a shower then, about about 12 we went over to Betty and Erv's. We ate dinner about 1 - swiss steak. This afternoon after Betty and I did dishes, we sat and talked till about 4 and then we started a game of monopoly which lasted till about 8. Ervin won. We ate a lunch and Charlie, Mike and I left about 9 - we got home at a quarter till 10. I put Mike to bed and Charlie and I did chores. It was about 11:30 when I went to bed and Charlie came soon after.
May 23, 1949 (Mon)
It rained most of yesterday, but was sunny and warm most of today. This morning I did dishes, straightened up the house and got dinner. We had pork chops, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad and orange tapioca pudding. This afternoon dishes again, then I cleaned eggs and washed some things out by hand. I started mowing the lawn this morning and mowed this afternoon till 4 when it rained. Charlie sold some hogs this morning and this afternoon he went to N. Manchester. When he came home about a quarter after 4, he had bought a new lawnmower. It looks nice - I hope it works all right. It was about 6:30 when he started chores. Oh yes, I baked chocolate chip cookies and after helping Charlie do chores, washed my baking dishes, I got Mike and I got cleaned up. We ate some sandwiches and cookies and left a little after 8 and went to the Farm Bureau meeting. Charlie and Bob put on a little skit tonight along with a variety contest. They also gave corsages away to oldest mother, youngest mother, one with most children and they gave one to Buryel. I was the youngest mother so I got a pretty poppy corsage. They also had a state representative talk. Afterwards ice cream and cookies and then home and to bed.
May 24, 1949 (Tues)
Once more I chose a poor washday. It rained this morning so I hung my clothes upstairs. Charlie mowed part of the lawn this morning, and then finished right after dinner. For dinner we had barbecued ribs, potato salad, radishes and onions, cookies and peaches and lemonade. This afternoon dishes, and then ironing, putting clothes away and cleaning eggs. Charlie worked on the fence along the orchard. It was about 7 before he started chores - I helped him and then gave Mike a bath. He weighed 17 lbs. He just sees the bathtub now and he just can't wait till I get his clothes off and him in it. He can stand up a little by himself now, but I don't believe he will walk before he is a year old. Mike also pulls himself up in the bed and stands up. It was about 9 when we ate supper and went to bed about 10.
May 25, 1949 (Wed)
It was sunny today, but cool. After chores and breakfast, I did dishes. The eggman came - I only had 22 dozen for him today - the hens are cutting down. I got cleaned up and then I waited till Mike woke up and gave him his breakfast. We went to N. Manchester to the grocery and locker. I also bought Mike a pair of denim overalls - they were only 89 cents and are just what he needs for everyday. I bought me 2 pair of anklets, some screen and hooks for screen doors, some whipping cream, and paid a feed bill at Elevator. It was 12:30 when we got home and I hurried and got us something to eat. Then I made shortcake for strawberries, cleaned bedooms, living room and dining room. I washed dishes then and cleaned the kitchen up. I gathered lettuce, radishes and onions for salad tonight and cleaned them. I helped Charlie start chores, and Howard and Ahleen came over. They wanted some rhubarb - they are over to Dot and Bob's for supper. I got Mike and I cleaned up and Betty and Erv came. I got supper ready then. We had steak, french fried potatoes, baked beans, salad - lettuce, onions, radishes, and tomatoes, coffee with whipped cream. I just redded the table up and we played carrom. It was about 11 when they left and we went to bed.
May 26, 1949 (Thurs)
Another nice but chilly today. I was very lazy today. While Charlie was finishing chores, I hemmed up Mike's new overalls and put some grippers on them. Mike was so tired - he slept most of the day. I did dishes then. I didn't do a whole lot today. Mostly just rested. We had Texas Hash for dinner. This afternoon dishes again and then I read magazines most of the afternoon. Charlie's folks stopped by on their way to the lake. I rather imagine we'll go up there Sunday. Charlie worked till late and finished the fence around the orchard and garden. It was almost 10 before he finished chores. I didn't feel too good this evening - kinda sick to my stomach. It was about 10:30 when we went to bed. I gave Mike a bath in his tub too this evening. I like giving him baths better in the evening than I do in the mornings.
May 27, 1949 (Fri)
Another rather lazy day for me. It was still pretty chilly. Charlie worked on his tractor. After dishes and Mike had his breakfast, I wrote a letter to Pauline and started reading a serial in Saturday Evening Post. And then I got dinner. This afternoon dishes again and I read magazines. About 4:00 Mrs. Russell Thomas came over for a visit. She is very nice and quite a talker. She was here till about 5:30. Mrs. Thomas wants me to go to a plastic party at Mrs. Amstutz's house Tuesday evening. I have dentist appointment for Tuesday afternoon so I'm not sure whether I'm going or not. I helped Charlie do chores and when we were eating supper, Bob came over. I did my supper dishes about 9:30 and then we went to bed. It rained again today.
May 28, 1949 (Sat)
I washed this morning, and it was a nice washday. Charlie ducked over to the folks this morning and planted corn this afternoon. We had good old chili for dinner. This afternoon I did dishes, ironed, put clothes away, and cleaned eggs. It was after 7 when Charlie got home. I helped him do chores, then supper and to bed Charlie built me an egg cooler this evening while I gave Mike a bath.
May 29, 1949 (Sun)
A very nice day. We got up about 6 and did chores. While Charlie finished milking, I washed last night's supper dishes and got Mike and I ready to go. It was 8:30 when we left. We were going to go to Mass at Pierceton at 9:00. However Mass wasn't till 9:30 so we just waited till then. Mike got fussy during the sermon, and I had to take him out. It was about 11 when we got to the folks cottage. Ray was there, and right after dinner Dot, Bob and boys came. Charlie and I went fishing - we used Harriet and Bud's boat. The rest went out too except Buryel who took care of the kids. We went out about 2:30 and stayed till 7 and we caught 30 fish - I got 11 and Charlie 19 so we didn't do bad at all. Dot and Bob only got 7. Harriet and Bud were there when we got in, and Florence and Ed Wygant too. We ate a bite and then left about 9 - it was 9:30 when we got home. I put Mike to bed, and Charlie and I did chores. It was about 11 when I went to bed, and Charlie came soon after.
May 30, 1949 (Mon)
Happy Memorial Day! Charlie had to go over to the folks and plant corn today. This morning I did dishes, then straightened up the house. I baked a peach pie for dinner. Mike slept most of the day - he was so tired. Charlie came home for dinner. We had steak. This afternoon I cleaned eggs, and put a hem in my one good maternity dress and sewed up some places that had pulled out in a skirt and blouse. I also washed some things out by hand. It was 8:30 before Charlie got home. Oh yes, I also washed my hair. I put Mike to bed and helped Charlie do chores, and then we ate hamburgers, corn and peach pie with ice cream for supper. It was almost 11 when we went to bed.
May 31, 1949 (Tues)
Charlie finished his corn planting, and is going to disk and plant soy beans today. It was very nice today. This morning dishes, then I ironed and pressed a few things. I made apple dumplings and meat loaf for dinner. Then I got cleaned up. Charlie came home about 11:30 for dinner. We ate and I did dishes. We left home at 12:30, took Mike over to Dot's and Charlie over to his folks, and I went to S. Whitley. My dentist appointment was at 1:30, and I got there about 1 so I went in to see Dr. Huffman first. I wanted to ask him about the spots on Mike's rear and shoulder. He wants us to bring him in. Then over to the dentist. He wasn't sure he could save my tooth, but is going to try. All he did was put a temporary filling for now. He is leaving in 3 or 4 weeks and is starting a practice in Ft. Wayne - some young doctor is going to take over his practice here. I got back to Dot's about a quarter till 3 and talked to her till about 3:30 and then home. I had a headache and my jaw hurt so I put Mike to bed and I took a nap. Then I cleaned eggs, shined Mike's shoes and gave him his supper and bath. At 6:30 we went over to Bracken and got some groceries for us and Dot, stopped past Dot and gave hers to her, and went over after Charlie. Back home again and I got cleaned up. Mrs. Thomas came after us and we went down to Amstutz's. There were a lot of women there - I just knew a few. I enjoyed the plastics, but everything was too expensive for my pocketbook so I only ordered a set of bowl covers - 79 cents. It was about a quarter after 11 when we got home. Charlie was in bed - I put Mike to bed and didn't lose anytime getting there myself.
Charlie and Mikey
