A few minor updates, I've done another drawing and I also now subscribe to a Free URL Redirection service, from CO.NR. Basicly all that means is that you can type "gotxiney.co.nr" into your browser address bar and it will send you to my site. Go on, try it. You know you want to.

Took down the flash intro to my page. It was kind of pointless seeing as I don't know how to use flash so pro-fx put "this site built using pro-fx" and that ticked me off because I built the rest of it darnit! But yeah...

For the past few weeks, the server hosting my message board has been defunct, so I have removed it because it was pretty pointless anyway.
I switched my Guestbook from a Yahoo based book to a Dreambook. So far I'm extremely pleased with it. In addition to having more characters allowed for comments, it's also fully customizable which is wonderful. I know that if anyone I know needs a guestbook I will definately recommend Dreambook.
The only thing is, all my previous entries are gone, and that kind of sucks. So sign my guestbook, and waste your time!

Recently inspired by a good friend of mine, I started drawing again, so while I'm obviously not an artist, I'm kind of proud of my latest exploits with pencil and paper, so I've put up my drawings for all to see.

Finally!!!!! I'm finished updating my site to the new layout/theme, and I've also completed my photo gallery from France and Italy. I've been working pretty steadily on this site for the past two days. What a way for a Computer Hippy to spend her long weekend.

It seems I spoke too soon about the layout. I haven't finished it yet and It's been a month. Oh well, it will get done eventually, I promise! For now, I made a new stickdeath, Stutterrrrrrerrrerrr. Because my chemistry teacher is an incompetant fool.
I've been back from Europe for a week, it was great fun, and as soon as I finish catching up at school I'll post the pictures from my trip. (IOW they might not be up for a while...)

The new layout is moving along quite rapidly. I've already completed most annexes of the site, though the photo gallery and my writings continue to be unchanged. I will probably be able to finish them tomorrow, since the weather network is calling for snow all night and all day tomorrow, so chances are I won't be going to school and I'll have some time on my hands.
I really like this new layout. A little less amateur than the last two versions (certainly the first one..) but not completely impersonal. It does have that Hippy ring to it too, which is why I called it Bohemian Rhapsody. Not that Bohemians actually have fractal images, but whatever.

New layout! This is Xiney's Waste of Cyberspace v. 3.0 Bohemian Rhapsody. It's the first time I've ever made an image map, I did all the graphics work in Photoshop 7.0 The rest of the site will be experiencing a face lift within the next few weeks.

Bribery rocks man. I wasn't going to go to prom, but my mom made me a deal that she'd buy me a discman if I went. I said, make that an mp3 cd player, and you've got a deal. So we bought the dress, and the shoes, and the bag, and now I've got my new toy :)

The ever evolving Canada section of my site has acquired a new addition: Canada's Apology to the US by Rick Mercer. My sister sent this to me and I found it so funny I got around to putting it on this site within days. Wowie I feel good about myself now.

I went to this store, and they had this big basket of pewter letter beads. These were in style when I was in the sixth grade, and people would spell their names with them and if you didn't have one you were like, shunned. Anyway, my name is 9 letters long and the beads were a dollar each. Suffice it to say I didn't have enough money to spend on this necklace.
Anyway, I was at the mall yesterday, and I found this basket of beads, and the little card over them said they were dicontinued and so they were only 10 cents each. I thought, score, and I went rooting around for the letters to spell my name.
There were no Es.
None. I asked the lady at the front if I could have another small basket to empty the beads that I had looked at into, so I didn't have to look at the same beads over again. She was really quite bitchy about it, all, there aren't any Es anyway and stuff.
So I sat in the middle of the store and spread the beads out on the floor. bite me bitch.
I didn't find any Es, but I bought an F and I changed it using a screwdriver, a hammer, and some black nail polish.
I love my necklace.
