Once humans told offspring

An ocean was over the land
An island was over the ocean
A mountain was above the highland
Gods were on the mountain

-Yet

No one had ever seen the ocean
No one had ever reached the island
No one had ever
No one had ever met the gods

This earth is round
All the things living there are brothers
