• NPL Division 1 Tournament (Sometime in May)
  We're really looking forward to Phoenix's first tournament, and if enough of the team are available we might even be able to field two teams!

Northland Open (Whangarei - 22^nd February '98)
Since we were unable to field a team we volunteered to referee. It was our first time refereeing a 1^st Division tournament, and we were a little nervous about refereeing such a distinguished line up of teams. But, with the support of a great head ref' (Karl Anderson), and the experience of all the players everything turned out alright on the day. Thanks to everyone in involved: It was fantastic experience for us, and we had a great time!
