Reduced the size of the graphics to make things look a little better on lower resolution screens. Got rid of the awful "blank" buttons (That as a really dumb idea... :) "News & Events" updated. "Roster" page added, although there's no text on players yet (I just wanted to get everybodies name up, so they can all feel warm & fuzzy :).

(minus details from previous events) and "Links" pages active.
New color scheme and graphics, but they general layout has been left
unchanged. Still lots of blank spaces in the menu...

get our act together.
