The society was founded in 1985 to promote friendship and mutual support among alumni, students, faculty, administrators, and alumni of the Faculty of Engineering University of Indonesia. MetalFTUIalumni  Activities Although MetalFTUIalumni  is a young society it has accomplished a great deal in a short time. Its accomplishments include an annual tailgate for the faculty, students, and alumni; family gathering for students and their families, commencement ceremony; the development of MetalFTUIalumni Update to communicate with and inform alumni; and the establishment of the Alumni Achievement Awards to recognize our outstanding alumni.
