Orders placed from anywhere in the United States and its possessions may be paid for by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or money order. Orders placed from outside the United States may be paid for by credit card only.
We ship worldwide, UPS is our preference for domestic shipments and, where ever possible, international shipments as well. If you have an alternative choice, please specify. All orders (except back orders) are shipped at the prevailing UPS rates, plus a handling fee of $3. Back orders are exempt from the handling fee.
