Yukogs, the crafters
The Yukogs are the crafters of Khazad-dûm, responsible for making weapons for RPG’s. Right now, we are making weapon’s for the up-coming dragon hunt, and soon, we will be working on the dwarven battle items. If you enjoy drawing, this is certainly the best clan-choice for you. If you don’t that doesn’t matter, there are other ways to make weapons, forks, walkingsticks, and leather bags.

Coffees:
The Yukog - a dark coffee, very strong flavor. This coffee will make your beard grow!  The flavor distinguishes this coffee from all the others. It is good either hot or served over ice, however nothing should be added (i.e. sugar, creamer, etc.) or else the unique strong taste would be diminished.

Appetizers/Sides:
Craft Sticks - mozzarella cheese sticks served with marinara sauce.
Asparagus spears - crisp asparagus spears rolled in a garlic-butter sauce.

Main Dishes:
Yukog Stone Stew - gray roasted meatballs (closely resemble rocks) cooked with potatoes, carrots, celery, garlic, tomatoes, and peppers, saturated in a beef flavored broth. The stew is garnished with sliced green onions.
Battered cod - fresh battered cod, served with mashed potatoes
Steak - straight from the farm, pick your cut or cut it yourself!
Swordfish - baked swordfish topped with lemon juice and secret spices

Desserts:
Dwarven Homes - gingerbread houses made up to look Dwarven homes.
Hot Helm buns - lovely currant buns in the shape of a helm, the gap for the head in a normal helm is actually filled with cream

Mojac Ashayezogs, the magic dwarves
Have you ever felt that you have power beyond human knowledge?

Then the Mojac Ashayezogs clan is for you!
We are studying and practicing magic, learning rune carving, shape shifting and to communicate with nature itself. We can summon beasts, carve runes of fantastic power or control the four Elements.

Coffees:
The Mojac - A medium coffee, with swirling light and dark streaks keep the coffee forever warm and give this coffee a magic feel. Watch Out!

Bombe Surprise - smoking ice cream bomb with a five-minute fuse.
Shape Changer Jello - cherry, lemon, orange or fruit flavored jello that changes shapes while eating.
Ay Caramela - cinnamon rolls topped with loads of caramel.
Silver Rune Cake - chocolate cake with swirls of silver pudding, decorated with silver runes.

Burx Uzbans, Tavern Lords
We are the Lords of brewing ale, making wine, growing pipeweed, and entertaining all who come to Khazad-dum. We are in charge of the pubs and taverns here in Moria. We take great pride in providing a friendly and fun atmosphere. Even though we take our job very seriously, we also know how to have fun with the best of them. Our clan members are are always creating new drinks, weeds, and just about anything else you can imagine. Our goal is to have the best, most fun pubs in Middle Earth. Please consider us before deciding on joining a Clan. We are loads of fun and you won’t regret it!

Coffees:
The Burx - A mild coffee with a rich liqueur flavor. This coffee resembles Irish Creme Coffee. Bound to keep your taste buds thirsting for more and your heart light.

Appetizers/Sides:
Ale sausages - link sausage, soaked in ale for 1 week, then fried.

Main Dishes:
Coq au Vin - chicken marinated in secret Burx wine then grilled, served with rice
Flatfish - fried flatfish, coated in beer batter.

Desserts:
Puffers - lifesized candy pipe that produces smoke rings when you blow through it.
Strawberry Flambe - (kirsch)

Morogs, the miners
We are the stone-masters, the ones that actually built KD. We make tunnels, halls, chambers, stairs, our knowlege lies in mineral and mining lore. A continuous Morogs-RPG in our thread allows you to use your abilities you get from our quality system (cave, level or gas awareness, gemstone finding etc, etc...), but you can also use these advantages in other RPG threads! There are Master positions, like the gem, trap or guide master. The masters have own rooms and there is a collective miner sleeping hall.

Coffees:
The Morog - dark, slightly bitter coffee for long nights in the mines, with streaks of glimmering silver. Will warm your deep dark insides. 

Main Dishes:
Red Mallet Pie

Blind fish - baked in rock salt.

Desserts:
Skyshey Puffs - a donut-like pastry with a magical jewel-colored filling, each pastry has a different color.
Ax Heads - black and red licorice shaped like axes.
Jewel Suckers - Jewel colored candies that change colors and flavors when you suck them.

The Mex Uzbans, the Food Lords
Our primary activities are Cooking, Farming, Hunting, Managing Khazad-dums Restaurants and organising the enormously popular Dragon Hunt RPGs. We always have lots of projects on the go. Current ones include: A Dragon Hunt called Merakhagon and the Maidens, Valar Restaurant, Clan Menus, Home Delivery Service, Recipe Contest,  Farmers Market, Herbalist Shoppe, Training in Hunting RPG and Food Hunt RPGs to distant lands.

Coffees:
The Mex - a hearty, medium blend coffee, very sweet with thick, rich cream - a drink and a meal in one.
Annolori’s Delight - a special mixture of Blue Mountain coffee (extra strong), with Redhorn goat cream, extra sugar and a bit of Sambucca

Appetizers/Sides:
Mex Muncheese - miniature croissants filled with cream cheese and strawberry bits baked throughout.
Mex’s House Salad - a little bit of everything in a bed of greens - we’ll leave off whatever you’d like - Oin’s onions, Dili’s cucumbers, Pippin’s peppers (they’re hot), Redhorn Romas, and Gondorzola cheese
The Mex’s Mix - penne pasta salad with vinaigarette dressing and assorted KD veggies.

Main Dishes:
Dragon Pot Roast - small replica of a red dragon. Surrounded in a sauce that flames when the air hits it, and then subsides, small vegetables (potatoes, peppers and carrots) can be seen which appear as the dragons hoard on which he sits.
ShEru 'Shroom Soup - sounds pretty good - maybe it could be a "hot and sour" type soup.

Desserts:
Goats Cream Cheesecake - rich, velvety goats cream whipped then baked, topped with your choice of fruit toppings. Made only with cashmere goats cream.
Rice Porridge - made with an abundance of cram, sugar and cinnamon.  A dwarven wedding tradition with a hidden almond.

Ankixogs, the travelers
Ankixogs Of Khazad-dum formally the largest Clan. We specialize in RPGs and writing our leader Is Blue Silk Sword (High Bard of Khazad-dum) and before that Loki Teshvara (Supreme Wayfarer Now our queen) we are based in a tent inside a cave or the cave with the tent in it if you will as this reminds us of our traveling desires. We are responsible for all things poetic in Khazad-dum and Clan RPGs are our responsibility (most of the time). We are also the most good looking of all the dwarves and the smartest.

Coffees:
The Ankixog - smooth, melodious blend with sweet cream and mild coffee flavor. This coffee drinks like a song!  Also tastes great over ice. 

Appetizers/Sides:
Belegost Bagels - old style recipe passed down from the Broadbeams.
Lonely Mountain Relish - so delectable you don’t want to add anything else to it, you just savor the taste of it smeared on whatever cut of dragon you prefer

Main Dishes:
Misty mountain sandwich - A brownish black bread made out of Dutch licorice with jewel toned ice cream sandwiched between two slices of the licorice bread.
Free-Range Chicken - fried or grilled, chicken fresh from the farm.

Desserts:
Dimrill Stairs Cake - towering three layers of dragon’s chocolate, haven’s marshmallows, and more dragons chocolate topped with thick, dripping fudge sauce cascading down.
Moria Muffins - muffins made from whole wheat bran and blueberries.

 

The Kagam Khazads, the wise dwarves
We are the Loremasters and sages of the Kingdom of Khazad-dum. We keep the records of the plaza/ kingdom wars, we maintain the ME/KD histories and promote the Arts. The threads we have maintained include: The Dwarven Drill Team, Dwarven Lost Tales (currently at level 3), Digging up the Past, Lost Dwarven Tales, Dwarven School for the Arts, various trivia duel threads and the main Clan thread for the Kagam Khazads. Roughly translated we are the wise dwarves. If you are interested in history (clan and Kingdom related) and intelligence/ reconnaissance gathering in the war threads then join us!

Coffees:
The Khagam - medium flavored coffee, with herbs (including ginseng) sure to get the juices flowing in the hardest headed dwarf of KD! This coffee will make you think clearer - and you’ll look smarter just drinking it!

Steamed Shrimp - shrimp from the finest Lake Town waters, steamed in parchment.

Desserts:
The Tower of Kagnam- An intricate architectural structure of fruit; shaped in a form of a tower soaring to a great height. Bright dazzling fresh fruits (some cut some whole) are seen all throughout : Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Nectarines, Grapes, Apples, Lemons, Kiwis, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Grape Fruit, Pears, Oranges, Bananas, and Peaches.
Nutri-brain bars - fruit filled bars that help keep you alert. Served in strawberry, apple, and runeberry flavors.
Thorin Cookie Twists - yellow and pink twists of dough - each lump is a tongue-tingling ball of flavour goodness

The Marinachi Club Sandwich - zesty deep fried sandwich with ham, bacon, and pheasant, including Rohan Green Derby and Lothlorien Swiss cheeses, lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar
Marinated Steak Khazad Kebobs - Khazad-dum veal cutlets on a kebob with potatoes, peppers and Oin’s onions

Desserts:
Dwarf Queen Delight - a recipe similar to tiramisu, a light angel cake with chocolate and whipped cream
Loki-Pop - a swirly (multi-coloured) lolly pop shaped tart on a stick- each color is a different, for example, green = toffee apples, yellow = fresh honey
Marin-schino Cherry Cake - Our own special cashmere goat’s cheesecake dripping with red marin-schino cherry sauce
Lemon "Marin"gue Pie - don’t let the cool, sweet meringue-whipped cream on top fool you, underneath is a tangy lemon pie that will make your lips pucker!
We also have a selection of our finest coffees, with a new specialty:
Marin Meringue Mist - in honor of our new ruler, a dark robust expresso, with whipped cream and frothy milk.

Appetizers/Sides:
Discreet Biscuits - small, biscuit cookies with such intense flavor your eyes water and your tongue will burn. 
German Potato Salad - sliced red potatoes covered in a thick, creamy dressing
Sunflower Salad - spinach and sunflower greens with athelas sprouts and a light raspberry vinagarette dressing
Toad in the Gap - fresh toad legs coated in batter, resembling Yorkshire Pudding
Claw Slaw - Khazad cabbage, Thor’s tomatoes, and Dil’s Dills with mayo, salt and pepper served in a bowl of dragon claws.
Troll Potato Salad - three large potatoes carved to look like trolls, sitting on a salad with a "bacon strip" fire in the middle with a delicious salad dressing.
Middle Earth Mixer - red rum punch fruit drink
Flaming Chips - steaming and bubbling dip deep red in color in a bowl with small peppers and tomato pieces, surrounded by black corn/lembas chips.  So hot you may be left speechless!
Cave dip - a hollowed out roll holds the a creamy onion dip with broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots and other veggies around it.
Spiced Nuts - Peanuts soaked it orc bite, roasted and salted. Beware!! They have quite a kick to them.
Stuffed Potato Boats - loaded with sharp shire cheese and bits of bilbo’s bacon
 

Main Dishes:
Vegetable Dragon Soup - soup full of vegetables with a rich, delicious dragon meat flavor sure to make you smile.
Crispy Bat Wings in your choice of Hoysin, Misty Mountains Mild, Peri-Peri, or Fire of Mt. Doom sauce. 
Pizza Skins - choose from Prima Pepperoni, All the Meats - combination of dragon, goat, bat, and sausage, or Veggies Galore - mushroom, peppers, athelas, and tomatoes
Ploughman’s Lunch - Meat of Your choice (or no meat) - with either Kagam Mature Cheddar, Gondorzola or Rohan Green Derby Cheese - on a Belegost Baguette with Dili Pickles and Oins Onions. Served with blue chips.
Fish Varieties - smoked haddock, gravlax salmon, mounds of crayfish boiled with dill, large fresh crabs, mussels in wine, tender squid rings in lemon and garlic, steaks of tuna, steamed grouper, oysters for the lovers, mounds of all types of herring and Idril’s Red Snapper.
Pizza - "Shroom Stuffed" with every mushroom known to Hobbit and Dwarf, and a few toadstools known only to Dwarves or choose "Prima Pippyroni," a short and spicy thin-crust specialty topped with Kebab meat, onions, mushrooms and garlic sauce.
Stuffed Dragon: Small suckling dragon, stuffed with 7 kind of Araw, 5 Redhorn sheep, 9 Dimrill drakes, 14 Nurnen swans. Also includes copious volumes of Near Harad basmati rice with pinecone seeds, Annuminas raisins and Umbar oysters. Accompanied by Wainrider curdled goats whey. 
Broiled Shrimp - succulent whole shrimp topped with Wulem's mayonnaise or peri-peri sauce.

Desserts:
Pleasant Pumpkin Pastry- a large orange pumpkin shaped roll, with green jam and sprinkles for leaves
Raspberry Cram Cake - small in size so you can enjoy the flavor without being filled too quickly. *also now served in succulent strawberry flavor
Naigar Cakes - small, individual serving cakes with pink icing (orange flavored) and sparkling flowers, coated in sugar diamonds. Cream filled with strawberry flavored leaves.
Dragon Crunch Energy Bar - made from wheat, a little cram for texture, and berries coated in deep, dark dragon’s chocolate.
Giant Triple Chocol-axe Muffin - very chocolaty, and a surprise axe hidden inside for the first one to get there!
Dwarven Candy Cake - coffee and chocolate cream cake decorated with a mini axe and the red beard candy at the top.
Khazad Ketark - dragon chocolate layers and runeberry filling, covered in chocolate mousse with a chocolate candy shell.

Badger treats - small, leaf shaped treats for our favorite pets - badgers! Great for use in badger training. Note: NOT for dwarves!
