topped with a thick, meaty tomato based sauce with zucchini,
squash, mushroom and tomato pieces.
Lastbattle Plate - Roast Pork served with black olive sauce
and carrots in brown sugar
Mar-Nu-Talmar - Duck breast with baked squash patties and
pea and parsnip puree
Meneltarma Umbarian - chowder on a twice-baked mountain of
Nim’s mashed potatoes
Pharazon - Swordfish Steak a la Narsil w/ crab crunchies
Poulet Andor - Honey-glazed chicken stuffed with figs

Ranger Stew - A simple but tasty stew made with chopped up
new potatoes, carrots and chunks of beef mixed with fresh herbs.
Sevenstone Steak - Skirt steak of roast prime rib with
lemon-cayenne sauce & beets
Silmarillion Stew - a dark rich broth of venison with
unexpected Beleriand spice, always each with 3 moon-shined
Angrist-shaped potato dumplings in every bowl.
Smoked Haddock with Asparagus – Smoked haddock wrapped
around asparagus to give it a more local taste.
Tar-Calion Tureen - Crisped eel and grouper nuggets swimming
in sharkfin broth sides.
The Elendil - Lobster a la lilac with crepes limpe with sour
cream on the side
The Eressea - Clams nectarine served in a red pepper puree
followed by Rhun compote
The Romenna - Cauliflower cream soup with cracking celery
root sticks.
The Taniquetil - Tray-Mussels overflowing with lemon and
butter, served with Blessed Realm biscuits and lime wedges
The Westlord - Hardwood smoked chicken salad sandwich in a
pressed roll with oxtail consommé and broiled mushrooms
The Zimraphel - marrowbone of lamb in limpe emulsion and
walnut meringue
Ulmonic Delight - Tresors de la mer in Green Rhun Butter,
served in blue shellfish horns
Whitetree Wellington - Pastry-covered filet mignon with goat
cheese and veal cheeks
Desserts:
Chocolate Mint Pie – A mousse like cake with mint that
adds a refreshing touch to this delicate pie.
Evenstar Cookies - Sugar cookies cut in the shape of small
stars. Each one is decorated with a small circle of white icing
in the center of the star.
Pears Miriel - Butter-fried pears in a an onion-grapefruit
gelée covered in brown sugar and roasted in the palantir of Rath
