Appetizers

Brain chips and blood dip - Chips that are shaped like brains with a sauce that looks very familiar to blood but is actually tomato sauce with a variety of herbs and spices.

Dragon’s Blood Cheese - Though actually made with the milk of goats and cows, this cheese includes a few secret ingredients that give it a brilliant red color and, after aging for at least twenty years, a bold almost fiery taste.

Fight back Fillets – Balrog-flamed Moria-raised Orc fritters will put the right kind of fire in your belly!

Gokl Rings (onion rings) - Large rings of the sweetest onions deep fried in a crispy Balrog Ale batter until golden.

Pukelballs - Stone-raised Pukel Men, mashed & fried in the finest, extra-defeated Rohanian horse blood.

Spicy Mordor Lamb Triangles – When you see the name, you tend to no eat it because they are from Mordor, but one bite of this delicacy will make you want to visit Mordor just to thank the chef of these delightful triangle pies.

 

Main Dishes

Anvil Stew - Chunks of a recent torture victim float tantalizingly with carrots and potatoes, in a broth seasoned with Habanera peppers and a special orc-bite flavored with the fearful sweat of the victim.

Chicken Ala Witch king - Tender chunks of chicken, pimentos and mushrooms cooked in a creamy white sauce with a dash of paprika and chili powder.  Rich and spicy, just like its namesake.

Gark Burgers (orc burgers) -  Thick, juicy meaty burgers served medium rare with a choice of extra toppings, sure to satisfy the hungriest of appetites.

Leg-It-A-Meat - Ungolian Kabob  Forest-spitted 3-minion  kabob and dumplings in Black Ash sauce

Morannon Meal - Worm-stuffed, roach-seasoned lizard skins served with churl-of-the-day Hot Pot.

Mordorian Beef - Strips of tender fillet steak marinated in an infusion of soy sauce, rice wine and root ginger then quickly stir-fried with onions, spring onions and chili peppers.  A hot and tasty meat dish sure to put a fire in your belly.

Orc au Vin - Khandian red Riesling and raw chicken heads round this dish for sophisticated tastes

Prison-Pit Surprise - Fire-blackened catch of the day, slow tortured, pit-roasted, stretched to perfection.

Ringwraith Rarebit - Bacon-wrapped wraith chunks in burnt coconut ash with paprika onions

Smoked Crebain Sausage Dogs - Smoked by traditional methods to give a rich and tasty flavor just add some Melkor Mustard for a truly delicious snack.

The Frisky Oyster - Umbarian fresh-harvested sport, plunked squealing into a vat of simmering Troll fat

The Morgulian - Weasel soup with hobbit fat French fries, served with ant puree on crisped-Ent crackers

Wainrider Wellington -The classic in cream of critter sauce with rack of warg-wolf on the side

 

Desserts

Balrog Bites - small, bite-size brownies to be eaten a handful at a time.

Balrog Fire Brownies - Succulent Tabasco-soaked Balrog chips Puts the Flame of Udun in your mouth!

Bleeding Hearts - Chocolate hearts that have a raspberry filling in the middle with a double thick layer of chocolate.

Blood Cake - a simple sponge cake, made in the shape of a hobbit, or other hated little creature, and food colored red. A large slice is made on the top of the cake, and blood red icing is filled up and "spills over" onto the top of the cake.

Custard of Entshoots -  Leaf-crusted tender entling, pureed, worm-sweetened and slow-congealed.

Dwimmerlaik Upside Down Cake – in Sour Pineapple-Stale-Cherry Sauce

Ghoul Cookies - Coconut cookies that are shaped like Ghouls and are very scary but extremely tasty.

Sauron Eye Cookies - a rich chocolate cookie with red cherry icing on top and brown chocolate sprinkles in the center for the pupil of the eye.

Savory Pudding of Bear - flambéed in honey with a sprig of Galadhon mint and topped with eagle jus

Shelob’s delicacy - An elaborate three layered rich dark chocolate round cake with a deep red raspberry filling. It is decorated with butter-cream frosting. Intricate webs and spiders are seen all over the cake, it is topped with a spider great in size. The small spiders are made from black gumdrops and a small amount of black liquorish for the legs, red food dye can be used for the eyes. The large spider (Shelob) is made from a large dark chocolate truffle (for body), cinnamon drops (eyes), and black liquorish (legs).

Udun Lava Rocks - mounds of coconut mixed with nuts and a small bit of cram to hold their shape then dyed red and finally covered in dragon’s chocolate.  If women eat the lava rocks, their beards grow longer (or appear for the first time!) and have an uncanny desire to play practical jokes on other dwarves.
