PG Tips - exotic tea leaf tips brewed with fresh water from the Mirrormere.  Steep overnight for maximum flavor.

 

Appetizers

Bearamir Jerky - comes with dipping sauce guaranteed to make your tastebuds dance!

Elenenedhel "Eggs"- Cooks cream (the fake but yum sugary stuff) surrounds these little swirls of custard with a chocolate book in the center!

Eru’s End - potent extra hot chili dip. Contains every hot chili available in middle earth. The heat is as strong as Eru’s power. Take caution while eating.

Lorien in a Salad - A spinach salad topped with a raspberry poppyseed dressing, with cashews, bits bacon, and a little shredded mozzarella.

Miss Luthy’s Summer Salad - A fruit salad made of the finest fresh strawberries, pears, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries all in a sweet fruit sauce.

Spicy Indur Salsa - Eater beware! This spicy salsa made from many different varieties of pepper, tomatoes, onions and a few special ingredients is sure to burn up in your mouth!

Yavannah Fruit Salad - Contains orange segments, kiwi chunks, bananas, pineapples, and a little lime juice. Top it all with a dollop of whipped cream.

Endymion’s Garden Bread - A bread made with a few select varieties of herbs mixed in the batter and sprinkled on top for a more flavorful experience

Lei of Lorelei - an assortment of flower-shaped rolls strung together to resemble a Hawaiian lei, decorated with an assortment of berries for color and flavor.

 

Main Courses

Chicken Pies – Miniature pies filled with white chicken meat. It also has a thick secret sauce that I myself made. They basically melt in your mouth.

Endymion’s Vegetable Pot Pie - filled with big pieces of mushrooms, potatoes, peppers, carrots, and thyme in a creamy sauce served with a flaky pie crust topping.  A satisfying vegetarian meal for anyone!

Eru pancakes – A delicious finger food that is an assortment of mince and fine herbs and spices all the way from The Shire. It is a wicked blend of hotness, yet will not get to the brink where it will burn your mouth.

Melkor’s Meatball Mania - A tongue-searing recipe not meant for the faint of heart!  Homemade meatballs generously seasoned with habanera chiles in a very spicy marinara sauce.  Served with two extra glasses of water.

Melkor-blackened trout - blackened trout with a hint of lime. Very difficult to make without burning.

Nessa’s Rabbit - Cubed rabbit sautéed in olive oil with a bit of garlic and other herbs.  Served in a thin, clear, but pungent glaze.

Nienna’s Beef Stewn - Made to test endurance (and the pity of those around the one who tried it). Chunks of rotisserie beef in a thick gravy along with several jalapenos, guertos, a few habaneras, and some other delicious herbs to make your mouth water and fry simultaneously.

Noldorburgers -  Westshore-bred ground stag of Orome silverlamp-broiled to perfection

Orome’s Hearty Breakfast Skillet - Potatoes, Peppers, Onion, Mushrooms are all fried up with bacon, sausages and two eggs then smothered with cheese.  An all-in-one breakfast cooked in a skillet. 

Orome’s Spicy Barbecue Chicken Wings - a whole pound of spicy, flame-grilled chicken wings served with a hot and spicy, BBQ sauce.  A filling meal for someone with a meaty appetite.

Sticks from heaven – This is a specialty from Rivendell. A variety of food is put onto a stick. On the stick is four different types of meats, three cheeses (Feta, Brie and Cheddar) and small onions and tomatoes.
 

Desserts

Chocolate cups – Cream cheese stirred with various fruits are served in small edible chocolate cups.

Chocolate Pecan Brownies - Normal chocolate brownies covered in a thick layer of hot pecan sauce. Making the experience more heavenly then the normal chocolate brownie.

Ducat yeast cakes with vanilla sauce – These are called Ducats because they are as small and neat as gold coins, they are not too sweet but satisfy any sugar tooth.

Heavenly Raspberry Tarts – Small open pastry filled with Raspberry mousse and a whole raspberry on top to accentuate the filling.

Heavenly Rhuneberry Tarts – Small open pastry filled with Rhuneberry mousse and a whole raspberry on top to accentuate the filling.

Honor Puffs – Caramel covered tarts that have a big helping of fresh cream in the middle.

Minstrell Mousse - either chocolate/caramel or Strawberry/wild berry this soft mousse is a treat for any middle earthien. Dedicated to the loved-by-all Tom Bombadil a chocolate flake can been found pointing out of the center!

Soft Caramel Treats - These caramel treats are as soft as heaven and or just sweet enough to make your tongue tingle. With a double layer of chocolate to stir sensation in your mouth.

Strawberry Meringue Kisses – A normal meringue except with a mixture of fresh strawberries that give it that summer night feel.

The Lighter Side of Melkor - Raisins, craisins (dried cranberries), dried apricots, and just a little bit of curry stewed in a thick sweet syrup baked into a pie topped with a flaky crust.  The pie has been lightly glazed with sugar to ensure it’s completely evil, to anyone watching what they eat anyway.

Tom Bombadil’s Chocolate Cherry Bombe - a rich, delicious desert with a hint of mystery just like Old Tom.  This high-calorie desert is a solid mound of chocolate and glazed cherries on the outside but is filled on the inside with two kinds of ice-cream.

Tribute to Eru - A small ball cake frosted to look like a replica of middle earth. The flavor of cake changes with the different lands.

Valar Fingers - finger shaped cookies filled with chocolate icing and sprinkled with jeweled sugar and must only be eaten by the women.  If the men eat it, then they fall into a deep sleep and have dreams of foo-foo elves pampering them and then have an overwhelming desire to shave their beard. 

Vana’s forest: A forest scene, this cake has tiny icing birds and flowers that really work! the flowers open and close, and the birds sing tiny melodies.

Varda Star Clusters: Five peanuts together, dipped in white chocolate with silver swirls.

Varda’s Light Puffs:  A small Pavlova (egg whites beaten until stiff with sugar baked) topped with whipped cream, gold dipped chocolate balls, chopped pecans, and thinly sliced strawberries.

Varda-nilla cake – sweet French vanilla flavored cake with dark blue frosting over the top and decorated with silver stars

Yavanna’s  Warm Fruit Compote – a refreshing, light dessert made with cherries, oranges, bananas, and strawberries over mango sorbet.
