General:

 

•   Cottage is within 25 feet of the shoreline, and is on a large, private well-treed lot (100' frontage x 260' deep).

•   The cottage is surrounded with large trees and is 100' away from neighboring cottages. 

•   Best suited for a small family looking to get away and unwind.

•   Experience both a warm golden sunrise, and colorful sunset on the large dock (8'x24').

•   Enjoy the awesome surroundings on Kawagama Lake in a 15' 6" canoe or 12' row boat.

•   Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots & pans. 

•   In the loft there are two beds, a queen size and a single. Down in the living room there is a double pull-out sofa bed.

•   There are no individual bedrooms, so you will have to decide if privacy is an issue.

•   You will need to bring your own towels and bedding (pillows, sheets, & blankets), also bring your own   drinking water.

•   Cottage lot is elevated and may not be suitable for small children/toddlers or the very elderly.

•   There is no phone service available in the cottage and is in the fringe area for cellular phone service.

•   Pets are welcome.

•   No tents or trailers permitted
